Why are you charging for a yearly subscription?
Most people only take two vacations a year, if that. You don’t even have good search features that narrow down all my preferences, before I choose a destination! Knowing a destination that fits all my preferences, would help me make my decision. Instead you have it so that we have to filter thru all these results and then choose based on our preferences, which defeats the purpose of this app. And now you wanna charge people for a yearly subscription! Insane!

Wasn’t this free?
I used this app all the time last year to find flights. Just went to use it again and it won’t let me use the calendar with out upgrading. $70 a year? Get outta here. The deals aren’t that great. I’ll use a different free service. Disappointed it’s gone to a subscription based app.

It’s not free as advertised
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
My flight was canceled without my approval and somehow it was my fault. I had made two flights on the same day as I booked my first on the wrong date I emailed customer service and had to wait forever to get a response back. I then finally found a number and talked with a representative she then canceled my flight during the call I thought all was sorted. I book a completely separate flight later in the afternoon, check my emails before going to bed and found out my flight I had just booked had been canceled. I was very confused as to why because i never wanted it canceled. I emailed them back and they said it had overran because I had made a cancellation earlier though I figured they should have that sorted??? I then Talked on the phone with a very rude representative who started yelling at me because I was asking how my flight was canceled without my approval. She started arguing with me and telling me I was the problem that they never canceled without customer approval I told her then how was my flight canceled without my approval? She started being very rude with me. I now have no flight thanks to fareness and my money has not been refunded. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BE IN A BUNDLE OF MESS. TERRIBLE I would probably give them a negative 10 stars if possible.

Don’t waste your time
The customer service is not accommodating and insulting... use Hopper and don’t waste your money or time. I had a flight that was changed and delayed by 40 minutes “allegedly” and I have a busy schedule that week. Needless to say it would have been a pointless trip( and Delta wasn’t accommodating either)...so either way they took my money. So much for customer service from both parties.

Slow website or is it me?
Lots of trouble with website. Maybe I’m app challenged, but seemed like every step took forever to load, then impossible to just buy the carefully set up ticket!
The offers never work
I’ve been trying to book a ticket the whole day, and after filling out all the info it either says the flight is not available anymore (although when I trying again the same offer is still there to be chosen)or that there is an error.
Simple & Easy
I think the interface is really nice. I like it enough to give it 5 stars.
Old version was better
Overall, great app. I like the old version much more. You could see what type of aircraft for a particular flight.
FAVORITE
LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I recommend it to everyone and it has helped me so much be able to travel more by getting good deals. I love the fare calendar so I can see which days are better for travel financially. Absolutely obsessed and anyone who wants to travel on a budget - get this app!!!
