Can not register
I’ve tried registering my tool but all it does is grind. Eventually it says that my email is already registered, but it will not let me in. Not a great app at all! Needs work.

Our company is connected in the app, however measurements are not transferring at all. Seems app has no back end.

Not Ready to use on a job
This is more of a demo than a useful tool.
Rough integration between the app and the laser measurer. For example-the sequence that numbers are stored on the tool prevents transmission of the second measurement while building an area calculation. Disconnects sometimes.
Crashed in the middle of my first project edit, losing the work.
No way to edit information in process on the app, need to go back and re-enter all measurements from the beginning if one is incorrect.
And so forth.

APP DOESNT WORK WITH LASER DISTANCE MEASURED
Reading are not being recorded on my iOS app!! FIX ASAP!!
Poor app
Tool (inspection flashlight) won’t stay connected to my iPhone from 2 feet away. Makes my tool a very expensive, overpriced basic dumb flashlight. I’ll never buy another ToolSmart device.
Works, but could really use some improvements
I am using this app with a ToolSmart Wi-Fi Flashlight Inspection Camera.
I think that this is a great idea and I have a definite need for this type of camera/flashlight. Unfortunately, the app needs work.
I use camera/flashlight in inspecting attics, crawlspace and inside walls in residential homes. I am using the flashlight with my iPhone 6S with the latest 11.XXX IOS update.
Unfortunately, the app continuously looses connection with the device even though the device remains connected to my iPhone. I have to reconnect every few minutes, which is a real pain, especially since I am usually using the flashlight in cramped or inaccessible places.
The app produced a nice rectangular picture, but unfortunately it does not rotate when the phone is turned horizontally. The picture would be much larger and much more useful if it would rotate to horizontal view.
One last thing, I think it would be much improved it if the flashlight would NOT have a strobe mode or SOS mode. That intense strobing effect is very distracting and you cannot turn the light off without cycling through it - most annoying.
Fix these problems and this would be a great product.

Does NOT WORK WITH iOS 11
Need to update the app ASAP to work with iOS 11.
Temperature does not transmit via Bluetooth
Tried several times. All other features work well
Needs a lot of improvements, but does have potential.
The tools connect and disconnect frequently.
The app needs a variety of changes to actually be useful.
Can not save/export videos/photos for business or referencing purposes.
Can not access the data saved most of the time.
Videos show play button, but never actually play, or just plain don't respond to the touches.
Time/date options on photo/video would be helpful for cataloging purposes.
There are a lot of steps you need to take in order to access the saved data. There needs to be a quick access to data update.
Video editing to shorten video for the needed data clip.
Video play options. Fast forward, rewind. Maybe a drag bar.
