Fantastic!

This is such a great visually supportive way of doing mindful breathing exercises and perfect for both general usage and for those with living with anxiety and whom experience panic attacks. I use it myself and will be using with consumers in my work as a social worker.

Yes you can make it quit and go dark

Just want to share - I read a review that griped about how when the timer on this (paid version) app runs out, your phone's screen stays brightly lit. But I discovered that setting the iphone clock's timer and choosing Stop Playing as the alarm sound, (not really a sound) WILL turn off the app and your phone will then turn itself off normally.

I am very much liking this app.

Simple and intuitive

Great visualization of the breath cycle.
Easy to use. Could use a night mode with less bright colours for early morning and night practices.

I personally was suggested this by my pain psychologist to help me feel led stress and worry free about my pain. I have had many ankle problems and was recently diagnosed with CRPS which is nerve damage causing excruciating pain with everything. I now use this app daily to help relieve pain. I definitely suggest this!

Love it!

This is a simple but at the same time amazing app. Customisable with times to inhale, hold and exhale and colors as well for all of those who believe in color therapy.
There’s some magic in it!

Helps with my anxiety disorder.

This app has helped with my anxiety disorder, it helps me to control my breathing and as I do my breathing, my anxiety lowers. I love that I can adjust the seconds I need to breathe in and out. I love the calming colored waves the rise and fall in unison with my breathing. The vibration cues and music are great for cues to breath in and out. I have tried many apps for breathing, this one works the best for me. I definitely recommend for any one who needs to low anxiety, wants to take a few minutes to relax, or just need a minute to breathe.

Really good...

I’m 50 years old now and been pretty hyper all my life as a coffee drinking multitasker plate spinning music and IT teacher.

I abhor meditation and anything so-called spiritual but this is a great app for helping anyone tune in to being mindful of the present, at least momentarily self aware and to give themselves a break from the eternal brain chatter of western consumerist culture...
Five minutes of this in the morning with of course my 1st cup of coffee for the day helps set me up nicely.

Can’t purchase

Love this app and use it every day. Would love to purchase the full version but unfortunately none of the in-app purchase buttons are working. Might need to look for a different product - which is a shame because this one is spot on what I’m looking for.

Once this is available to purchase, I’ll definitely make it a 5.

Easy, clear, & very helpful

Love this app. Has the essentials of paced breathing. Love the ability to set end times, and notifications for four times a day. The only teeny thing I wish I could change the music; but the default is relaxing as it is. Super helpful. It’s also worth it pay $1.99 to unlock the entire app. Very easy, simple, & clear.

Simple and effective

This app doesn’t try to be anything fancy. It’s just a simple aid for breathing exercises. It’s easy to customise the length of your breaths, and the pauses in between. Only a couple of suggestions: The animations could be evened out a little; where the speed of the animation changes it could be just a little smoother. Also, at the end of the session, the screen changes very abruptly and somewhat jarringly when you are in your relaxed state. This transition could also be smoother.
