It’s impossible to sign in.
It keeps telling me that I have no internet connection either with my WiFi or my 4G.
I hope the rest of their service is better otherwise I won’t be able to park tomorrow.

Worse of its kind
This service is the worse of its kind check out any other one (including regular rental) if you want a minimum amount of normally expected service.
The pickup place is in a parking lot underground a hotel on the outskirts of Paris that is also a long distance bus pickup. You have to find your way through a maze of this place with nobody to help or give you indication because the hotel does not work with TravelCar.
2 days before returning the car we tried to call to see if we could give the car back early and get a partial refund. Ended up on an answering machine saying all agents were busy and to call back later. After 6 calls we gave up and decided to turn the car in regardless. When we got to the return spot, we got stuck in front of the parking gates because the code to the gate had never been sent to us by travelcar. Also no travelcar agent was present to help us in although we were there during the opening hours posted on the app. Eventually we got in after a back and forth with the hotel people to please let us in. On our way out the travelcar agent (who just appeared while we were doing the checklist) told us he was not surprised we could not contact customer service because they don’t work during the weekend. Real genius at work here.

Doesn’t work
Have attempted to enroll multiple times via app and it always says I have a “network issue”. It doesn’t matter if I’m on LTE or WiFi. Deleted.
Not in English
App opens up in French I assume. No way to change it to English. That stinks.
