Rotation issues
Major problem when asked to rotate phone. I have iPhone 14 so it should work. No way of solving it other than skipping task which means you never get that task again, despite reporting it.
Ask if participant has neurological disorder
The app is a great idea and I have been taking part for a number of years. Hope it helps with research.

Still doesn’t function correctly if interrupted
Major issue when completing a task is that it assumes completion if you have something pop up midway through. Mine was a low battery notification. Still not been addressed after 3 years.
Reporting a bug
Can’t find anywhere else to do this that works.

Doesn’t open
I click on the app to try to open it and it crashes out immediately.
I see I’m going to have less success this time round than with the last buggy version I tried a couple of years ago. I just hope my results can’t get used in any research.

Not working
Lost count how many invite codes I have requested. I get as far as questionnaire part. The app freezes and eventually closes. I think this app should be more about research into keeping our sanity and patience. I have given up after the 8th time. Shame, I really wanted to help Alzheimer’s research….

App not working today
Yesterday’s exercise was a tilt one. It just went on and on as if it was stuck in a loop. I had to cancel it. Today the exercise will not open. I can’t fix it.
Bugs
This year the app doesn’t seem to work well, lots of bugs, just done the fix for story telling but still doesn’t work, very frustrating you’d go through all the memory games get to the story section and the app closes down and you have to start again.
Hangs in one of the exercises
Frustrating. Isn’t the “retell the story” exercise there is no way out at the end. Just keeps asking if you’ve completed the task and whether you press “yes” or “no” it just stays there. Even “cancel” does the same. Have to close the app.
Keeps crashing when it gets to the vocal part.
Keeps crashing and you’ve no one to contact. I emailed but no reply at all. So basically all you will get it’s incomplete data. 🤦🏼♀️ in fact even leaving a review doesn’t work.
