Pretty good game, but....
I really like this game. I have been playing for several months. It’s a great time waster and if you don’t have a lot a time, it doesn’t take all day just to do a little daily maintenance. My biggest problem is the events. It’s no problem to get to level 20 or so on most. But to get to the higher prizes and such, you have to go to level 500! You don’t really get very good prizes either at the lover levels. Getting Gold (Harp music plays and glitter floats about) or even close to silver cost a truckload of real cash. So if your not the kind of person who wants to get the best (or close to) items or places in events and you not in a big hurry. Then this game is really good. Of course you can always take a out a mortgage so you can finally get a silver in one of the events. Keep up the good work and make some event prizes a tad bit easier for us po folks.

Good game but could be so much better
I have been playing now for a few months and I have really enjoyed the game. However it could be so much better. First off the events are nearly impossible to complete. I like how everyone starts out pretty much equal in the events (unless they have super managers) but I have NEVER been able to complete one and during an event I am playing a lot throughout the day and night. I go into the game every half hour to hour throughout the day and I am very lucky if I can get a silver badge, this last event I only managed a bronze badge. Anyways I don’t understand why the developers think it’s fun to set every event so it’s impossible to complete. Secondly the rewards have really went downhill as well. I have fun playing the regular game but when I can’t complete the events I find myself not even wanting to play the game anymore. Lastly, I very rarely get Legendary chests and these are necessary to upgrade your workers. I hope the developers make some changes and put the fun back into the app by making the events easier to complete. It’s an idle game for Pete’s sake not a you need to play every second of the day game.Show lessKatonica
Old Phone to New Phone - Issue hasn’t been resolved
I got the game a few months ago, have been playing it consecutively every day, until recently when I bought a new phone, details provided I contacted support to resolve an issue, my previous account is non-existed. I can’t find it through icloud or old saved games... To prove that I have had it, I provided screenshots and have not received a feed back yet since Friday, November 9, 2018...
I added multiple screenshots of the current islands on this “new” account without the third island being fully opened with ranges or ap to ar for each island that I had on my previous account... I have received multiple achievements to prove that I have all three islands opened...
I’m writing this review because as of yet, my issue has not been resolved thus leaving me to leave a low star review - Please resolve the issue, I have spent almost $80 in this game, and love to support games that I enjoy.

Game ALWAYS CRASHES
Somewhat long time player and I almost got to the fire island, however I'm considering stopping. Reason why is that the game crashes so dang often. On average, my game crashes about once every 3-5 min, if I turn off wifi, it lasts a bit longer. Whenever I try to watch a video, the game crashes either at the start or end, some times middle, 9/10 times, not exaggerating. I end up watching a video so many times just for a stupid bonus, I don't even bother reducing wall times anymore because of how much it crashes! I think the issue is wifi related however I play this in different locations, and even where the wifi is best, the game still crashes 3/10 times on a video! There has no be a way around this, either have the videos pre loaded or load them as you click the play button then have it not use wifi anymore. This makes this really fun game almost unplayable for me, esp since the crashing got worse the further I progressed in the game (thinking it has something to do with the huge numbers you reach). Great game but it does have a couple of down sides.
I have been playing idle miner for about 5 months or so now. I love the game it a great way to pass time very simple but addictive. There are a few issues though. Firstly as I said I have been playing for about 5 months daily and have only ever gotten 4 legendary chests and out of those I have only ever gotten 1 legendary worker. You can’t get the legendary worker cards to lvl them up and they basically become useless. My common workers are at least double that of the legendary workers. Secondly the event mine prizes have gone way down hill you used to get so much more in prizes for completing the mine and why is there no legendary chest in the prizes for fully completing the mine? They did add daily log in prizes in which at the end of it is a legendary chest which is great but it isn’t helping players as much as intended. Third mines can only be prestiged 5 times and for most of us our idle cash comes from upgrading mines trying to save 4800 cash for legendary chests but what happens when mines are maxed out how do you get idle cash? Getting idle cash from expeditions is a very long slow process and probably wouldn’t keep players playing. I really do love the game and shall continue playing if it wasn’t for these couple of issues I would easily give the game 5 stars. I liked to play idle miner a lot at first until getting far enough. Unlocking the ice continent isn’t exactly as exciting as I thought. The original mine is already a great deal off effort and strategy to advance efficiently. Between swapping managers around, being sure they are running their abilities, and buying into what’s needed. That’s fine to deal with but with all the different minerals on a continent it gets difficult. Then prestige on all of them and tracking progress of them all is tough. Then there’s a freaking ice continent with different currency and stuff. And I just gave up trying because I saw I’d be unlocking all these minerals on ice continent and a whole fire continent like what the heck.. then there’s event mine, like all games have, that needs worked on. So for me way too many things to track to progress at a good pace. Maybe I’m a noob or my managing skills are bad but I think it’s way to much. PS managers are meaningless when I have to be there anyway to activate them.. so instead of tapping the little guys and making them run around I just press buttons for managers anyways. Maybe add something like an automatic tapper, or something please. For now tho I think I’ll do something more constructive like watching paint dry.Show lessFrank the hcr2 tank :)

I’ve been playing idle miners for many months now and am finally high enough in research that I get the gold level in event mines. This event was going great until Sunday April 1st. At first I had a lot of lag like behavior with all of the miners, sudden movements and sometimes broken/pixelated images. That came to an end on its own by Sunday night but then I’ve noticed the manager buff for some mines and all movement/loading buffs for the warehouse manager are not working at all as well as the fact that the “watch this” bonus option is only ever showing up when I disable home WiFi and use cell data which I find extremely strange and annoying. Hope there is a fix soon.
The ad buff was fixed within a day but the event mine issue mentioned above is still a major problem. Now it won’t even register that anything has been moved unless I close the app. I cannot progress anymore in the event mine which now has around 16 hours remaining. I even went so far as to email but never got a response. Not going to bother playing anymore.Show lessSashtana
Very Almost
This is a fun little addicting game, but it's definitely designed, like most games unfortunately, to become a money grab. I am not opposed to putting a little money down for a game, on principle, but not if I get nothing in return. This is one of those cases. Thanks to lootcrates & morally questionable "random" prize-for-points generation, most of your resources are wasted on nothing. It's not so noticeable when you first start, but the cliff is steep once you hit it. If that doesn't matter to you, by all means, this game is great! But if you don't have the money to waste, you just want something pleasant to kill time, you'll get disenchanted quick...
Also, this game makes my phone get super hot. Like, left a mark on my leg hot. And it crashes every 3 minutes, no matter what I do. I can't tell you how frustrating it is! Especially when I'm trying to watch an ad to double my income, & it simply won't let me. Needs quality update
The game is good all in all, although it gets rather annoying later on when you have more than 3 mines. I’d say that the chests do almost nothing to help you move quicker through the game. They give you a few cards which have the smallest chance on upgrading 1 out of about 12 multiplier-increase characters. The problem here is that all these characters do the exact same thing so it is worthless to have 12 different characters. This makes the game exceedingly boring after roughly 3 mines because after that all there is to do is just wait for your resources to collect, which is a very slow and boring process.
Other than the slowness of late game and the frustration of the character cards, this game heats your phone up dramatically and drains your battery. Also there is a significant lag when you have so many different workers on one mine. I would recommend that an update be made where once you gain 5 workers or so it trades out to a single 5x efficient worker on one floor to lessen the lag and battery strain.
Furthermore, I feel that after you prestige a mine, it’s simply a huge hassle to have to break the barriers. Specifically the time it takes. I feel that every time you prestige the time to remove a barrier should be cut in half. Otherwise, you simply lose a lot of resources over time for the first 3 days or so after a prestige.

Please Read My Epic Idea
I play idle miners almost every single day and wonder to myself how could this game be better and more fun. And I thought well I like having rare things that my friends don’t have. So I thought well how can this feeling be in game like Idle Miners. So why not have rare Managers with special abilities that are obtained by a special event. I don’t know what are gonna be managers name and event name but I know you guys can come up with something good. The Mangers should have a unique custom look that makes them look RARE. And The abilities should last forever But they will not be over powered. for example one Rare manager should have the ability to make the miner it is assigned to, have 10% faster mining speed, 10% faster walking speed and 10% larger loading size. these numbers are just an example and can change it to something more realistic. Im sure you guys can come up with More unique managers. I don’t recommend to make too many. Make only Like 6 rare managers so that it deserves the title “Rare”. I Hope that this Idea can be part of some update some day because i really like to play Idle Miners and this has to be an idea worth putting in the game.
