V7.3 removed the feature to upload multiple activities

It makes it much more annoying to upload multiple in home exercise activities. Before 7.3 you can select multiple days. Now it only allows one date per entry which is just a pure waste of time. Why not make the calendar part a multiple selection instead?

Slow loading time

I use this app every day and updated to 7.3. Ever since pages are slow to load, the spin the wheel feature is broken and the new UI takes up lot of wasted space. Prefer the old version.

Recent update in October, 2024 ruined the app

It used to sync the steps, with a glitch or two, but eventually the steps would sync within the day. After the new update, syncing the steps from fitbit was never harder. I tried re-link the fitbit account and reinstall the vitality app but still it gave me trouble every week since October 2024. Please bring back the previous stable version. I don’t want to miss my chance to spin.

Can’t Sync

Can’t sync steps. It won’t update. Fix the app!!!!!

Can’t login

App doesn’t work

I downloaded this and cannot log in. Tells me Oops, something went wrong but doesn’t show what the problem is.

App not loading

The app just stopped loading and says it’s a connectivity issue, even though it’s not. Tried searching how to reach out to fix this but can’t find anywhere that can suggest how to do it. Pretty annoying considering this is now going to force me to pay for something that I shouldn’t have to. Tried deleting and installing again but still nothing.

App does not work

The app suddenly stopped working for me about two weeks ago, saying that there’s something wrong with my connection even though I’ve connected and disconnected to my Wi-Fi and data. I’ve also tried to delete the app and re-download it but still nothing works. This is very frustrating because I’m not receiving any points to towards my device purchase. I have even reached out to support, but have not heard back in over two weeks despite following up multiple times.
