No YouTube searching once I paid, and can’t refund
Got it for YouTube, but it took away all the YouTube related features as soon as I paid for the full time thing. Still lets me play local files with Sonos doesn’t do anymore, so it isn’t all bad. But it’s completely wrong and unethical to take away what people pay for as soon as they pay for it. And the app won’t let me refund my purchase. A complete waste of money

App stop working
Wont allow you to look up videos just allow you to play from save playlists, so much for lifetime subscription

Please reset, the APP, settings are at default and unable to access any other settings
I think, it would be nice to have a viewable station that’s playing, for when you move out and return you’ll know what station you have playing.

no search function
Unfortunately no longer has the search You Tube function
Only worked for 1 day
Purchased the app, trying to listen to YouTube, only worked for 1 day, now no longer playing audio portions of YouTube videos on my Sonos. Absolutely do not recommend it!
Locked out after paying
After a few years of using the app, it suddenly locked me out.
Well.
I could use the app when it was free. Now that I paid for it I can’t figure out how to make it work and there are no instructions anywhere on the internet. The search bar disappears and I have to delete app and re install every time I want to use it. So dumb
