Greetings, We are sorry for the inconveniences. Upon checking on our side, the Empowered skills of both Masters and Students are still intact after we restart the game. Please try to clear the cache and restart the game. If the issue persists, please email it to support@hellohero.zohodesk.com and include your In-game name as well as your Server for further checking.

Greetings, You can go back to the server where your saved data is located. At the Main Screen, click the "Select Server" icon located at the lower right of the Hello Hero: Epic Battle title, right side of the Server name and choose the desired server. If you are already in the game, select Settings (Gear Icon) and select Change Servers. If you still need further assistance, you may contact us at support@hellohero.zohodesk.com.
