Es mi tercer año usando la aplicación y me parece fantástico anteriormente usaba papel para hacer los recibos pero ahora sólo uso esta aplicación, es soporte es muy rápido y te ayuda en todo momento,

No way to cancel

i signed up for 1 months plan and they kept taking payments for next 12 months. there is no option to cancel it on their website or within the app.

Hi Sashu, As the admin user you are in control of your subscription. When you sign up you agree to be charged each month until you decide to cancel . La mejor herramienta para tu tienda de Servicio Técnico Celular

Muchos años atrás usaba Excel para llevar un registro de todas mis reparaciones y clientes. Luego utilicé un sistema web que me resultaba muy incómodo y funcionaba en un dispositivo a la vez. Luego de conocer Repair Spots dejé de buscar más opciones para gestionar mi tienda de Servicio Técnico. Es dinámico, muy organizado, funciona en varios dispositivos a la vez lo cual es útil para mis empleados, mis clientes pueden usar la app para chequear en vivo sus dispositivos ingresados para reparación. No existe una app más completa en toda la App Store, no sigan buscando.

Bonus: El desarrollador siempre envía updates todas las semanas lo cual es genial porque siempre hay una nueva característica en cada versión. La app no deja de mejorar día a día. 👏🏼

i run a small independent business and have been searching for years for a system like this! i’ve tried all the others (repair desk, report q and the rest!) none of them are as easy to use at this, everything is nicely organised helps keep track of everything, raymond is on call 24/7, the recent update for printing is excellent as well. can’t wait for more features to arrive!

Great app for repair shops

I have been trying several apps for simple repair and transaction tracking. This app is brilliant and the developer is on point with help and updates. What more can you ask for? I’m sure many features I’ll be added in the coming months!
