Nice idea, but needs work.
The bugs mentioned in other reviews are irritating, but the most noteworthy issue here is the actual content.
Q: “What is the actually used version of php?”
A: “Version 5 is the actually used version of php.”
...eeehhhh not quite an interview-grade answer...
5.5 is deprecated, 5.6 is commonly used, but version 7 is becoming more common. Both 5.6 and 7.0 will be officially supported until December 2018.
7.1 was recently released.
So I’ll give two stars because this would be a good set of questions to prepare to answer. Just don’t rely on the answers in this app to get you hired.

Buggy
I can't trust an app that purports to give you advice on how to show your programming knowledge but where - with US-English settings - every quote and many special characters are displayed as question marks. It's especially distracting when this shows up in lines of sample code.
Premium Bug
I purchased the premium package for 99¢ but this app still displays ads on the main screen as well as full screen intrusive ads at various times. I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended but if this is not a bug then it needs to be made more clear to the user what paying for premium entails.
