Horrible, Buggy, and desperately needs an update.
This app is the most backwards, senseless app. You are required to provide an email and phone number to sign up, but use neither of them to log in. You use a username that if you ever forget it, can not be retained, even through the app. Don’t use this app.
Great App for Great Wings
The app is overall very user friendly. My first attempt, I found myself a few times unsure if a choice was required for certain options, but the app does a great job of only stopping you with a pop-up when necessary. Fantastic food. Ready when it says it should be.
App vs Order fulfillment
The app is nice, but it seems to be easy for them to overlook what you order. I went and picked my order up and they did not give me part of my order. I did not find out until I got home. Make sure you check your bag!

This is probably the best mobile ordering i have ever used my only complaint is the stores offer a military discount but there is no way on the app to get the discount
Improvements would be great
Please review Apple HIG. Pay attention to touch target placement and size. Too small of targets in areas like open wing screen (enable Face ID) causes the app to feel unresponsive and is difficult to use. Integration with web version IAM would be helpful. Love your food but your app makes ordering more difficult than it should be. Thanks for your hard work and attention.

User Friendly
I love the East Coast Wings app. Easy to use menu ordering process. Plus they offer reward points. Love it so I highly recommend it.
Best location Kernersville
I absolutely love the Kernersville location! The food is always hot and fresh! The take out girl Brooke is amazing! She is quick and super friendly! This location is my only choice for East Coast wings LOVE it!
Revamped App ❤️❤️
I love the new app!!! It works a lot better and I am super happy about that. I think this is the 3rd time it’s revamped and every time it gets better!
Very limited
If you only want to place order, maybe it’s fine, but anything else- forget it. I can’t even see what rewards I have on my card, I only know because i get email. I wish you change it where you can view your whole profile including point and rewards. But for now, to me it’s useless since I don’t order online.
