AstroPay etherum payment delay

Guy please careful when trying to find your account with crypto currency in this O
Platform , the transaction is meant to take up to an hour, but I made payment on this platform with etherum - Usd, but I haven’t been credit on my wallet since two days ago . There’s no number to call, I have forwarded a message to their Customer service mail & I haven’t received any feed back from them. Whoever the developer of this app is I really think you should fix this.

I've been waiting for two days waiting for two cards, one of 100£, and another 300£ if You don t put it in my account, I'm going to report you and I m going to report back in AppleStore
