Best Helmet Ever

I just got my helmet a week ago and I fell in love with it immediately. It’s the best!

Worst app

Can’t connect to my account to track a ride, I’m supposed to be registered through another service... With Apple no, with google No, with Facebook, it’s said FB isn’t available... so now?

This app getting worst and worst :(

Hi MartinD21, Sorry to hear about your issue with ride track sign-in. We are fixing an issue with Facebook sign-in and will release the fix soon. For Apple sign-in, could you delete the “Apple Sign In” info “Lumos” in “iPhone Settings -> Apple ID -> Password & Security -> Apps using Apple ID” and see if it works. If you have a clear error message from the app, perhaps you could email me at meixuan@lumoshelmet.co so I can help to troubleshoot your issue.

I love this helmet!

I’ve only had my helmet for about a week but I am totally in love with it. It is everything the designer promised and more. My bicycling friends are all envious so the company should do very well!

Too buggy. I can’t get my helmet to pair but it also won’t stop blinking

Great helmet ... Bluetooth won’t pair with 11 pro version 13.5.1

Simply will not pair

Period. You can see the instruction and execute and not get the result.

A daytime mode is needed for only turning signs

The product is good but need a daytime mode, which means only show turning signs and all other light are off

Hi there, I wonder what helmet model you are using? If it helps, you can customise the light modes on the helmet to have one mode where all the lights are turned off to use during the day. Best Regards Meixuan Oh

Exceptional Product

I use the Kickstart helmet, a really great product. I feel so much safer on the road. Initial problems with the app were solved very quickly and professionally! The Lumos team is very customer oriented.

Works well now

Had the helmet for a year and love it. App had issues at first but now working fine.

Horrible maps

Bad. You can’t put an address and start riding. As you can see they have integrated the Apple Maps which DOESN’T Have BIKES routes... FAIL.
