Thank you for inquiring. We have read carefully about your problem descriptions and here is some reference information to help. Possible reason: Yateland products can be played without the internet connection after paying to unlock. Perhaps you may have just changed to log a different AppleID account on your device or accidentally deleted the app and then reinstalled it. It is also possible that the data cache on your device could be cleared by chance when releasing device storage. All these operations will lead to the failure to read the payment data and the content would become locked again. Solution: Make sure that the current internet connection is stable. Download the app again under the AppleID account that made purchases. Enter the game, tap one locked level to play, and then tap the Restore Purchases button in the pop-up window. The Appstore should sometimes be difficult to connect, so please try to tap the Restore button multiple times after a period. Under normal situations, you can unlock the rest content.
