Great app
Links very well to the Club App. Only problem is if you delete it, and then try to reinstall it (because it does crash), the app will appear in the App Store for you to OPEN but doesn’t appear on your phone so you have to go into the App Store every time you want to use it again.
Does most things well
Integrates with the Pitchero club app. Great for checking availability and picking teams, and I really like the feature for logging game events as they happen. A couple of counter-inuitive aspects - for example I can’t see any way to add photos or video using the app, although apparently that’s a feature. But otherwise it’s highly recommended way to run a team with minimum admin.

Pitchero Manager
This App has allowed us to become so much more organised and can look ahead. So many features that saves the coach or manager time and with players using the Pitchero Club App this has been a breath of fresh air this season.

Excellent for fixture availability
Been using the App for a few weeks for our junior Rugby squad and have been getting parents on board with using it for availability etc. Once all set up, using a PC, the App works great. Also great for keeping attendance records for training and fixtures which sorts our safeguarding requirements. Brilliant platform and App once you’ve got everyone registered.

Excellent
I mainly wanted something to manage availability as we have 17 players in a squad and it is an admin nightmare to receive, review and track emails and chase parents . The app is amazing and I highly recommend to managers!!
Parents have also found it very useful saving them time
They can see fixtures easily and set their child’s availability . I have only used the app for a week and it’s already made a huge difference and I am sure benefits will be greater as we use more features in the future

Doesn’t work on mobile data
I like the app but for some reason it only works when I am on WiFi. Even when I am connected on mobile data, it says I have no internet connection and therefore gives error messages of no teams/no fixtures etc. It’s really frustrating as means I can only check player status at home. Please can this be fixed!

Transforms Club Communications
We moved over to the Pitchero Manager and Member app 3 seasons ago and we have seen an huge uptake in player and member interaction, since we took the step of centrally chewing all our players we have increased our player base from 25 to 75 with several people being able to input availability and not leaving anyone person over burdened. With new updates comes more usability and its is so simple to use we do experience the occasional blip with the odd update but nothing that a quick email to Pitchero can’t fix. We have tried other formats but at the moment Pitchero is way in front and it’s ease of use is second to none.

Swipe to change player
Love this feature in team section making it easier to swap players around. Can you extend it to subs? So when sub a player off it lists players on the bench to sub on in replacement rather having then go back in a sub on?
Good but selection gremlins
App is good however there are a few issues with match availability. Sometimes other teams show up on schedule. Today I suddenly have all the U16 girls matches showing in my schedule and however young I think I still am I am definitely not in this age group 😂

Good app. I use it for a youth team and once up and running with parent buy-in it really helps manage matches, training and day-to-day communications.
One area for improvement - the recording of match results automatically looks to share on social media such as Facebook and Twitter. This is prohibited under FA rules for youth teams and they do monitor for this. Although these options can be deselected and skipped, it’s quite easy to share. Building in functionality to stop this would be helpful.
