Love it

I love Brusters! I have been coming here for over 9 years. The service is outstanding and the ice cream is too! Definitely recommend any location. The app is also easy to navigate, which is amazing.

If you don’t use Bruster’s Rewards you need too!

You are waisting your money if you don’t use Bruster’s Rewards!! Simply getting a $5 reward for every $50 spent is the number one reason in itself to use the rewards. Then you get a $3 every year for your birthday!! Happy Birthday to me! 🤤

Ice cream is great, app is just a website

Compared to other great mobile apps for fast food and restaurants, Bruster’s leaves a lot to be desired. I am surprised this app
Is rated so highly. It is a very basic app that is only useful for generating a barcode to earn rewards (and even then you can simply provide your phone number at the counter). Everything else in the app kicks you out to the website, and the app doesn’t even remember what your preferred location is. When you want to browse the menu I still have to manually enter a location each time. I’m not sure why it even asks for location information. If this app had a native experience like Wendy’s or Starbucks it would be so so much better. As it is, I feel it’s better to just go to their website directly through your mobile web browser.

Needs improvement

Please find a way that the menu and ordering can be don’t on them app instead of connecting to the store location from a drop down menu.

Not very user friendly. I’m hoping the company can spend the money to upgrade this app that will be user friendly like other food and beverage places that you can order thru the app.

Great sweet treats and awesome rewards

Our family as well as the kids that attend our youth program really enjoy Bruster’s. The George Busbee location in Kennesaw is our primary stop but all of the locations in Atlanta have been consistently good. The ice cream is delicious and the rewards program truly rewards loyalty.

It’s pretty good

I kinda work at Bruster’s so I feel obligated to say it’s good. The app gives me enough discounts so my cheap self doesn’t have to spend as much money. Yippee

Pretty useless app! Why bother?

I installed the just now so I could place an order for pickup and the only items I could order were a half gallon, pint or quart of the most basic 5 flavors or an ice cream cake of limited flavors. And it left the app to open a web page to do this. Why have the app?

Can’t log in

I signed up originally at the Brewster store with my phone number and email address. I recently downloaded the app and attempted to login but the only option I had was email. I entered my email and chose forgot password. The app told me I did not have an account. I then tried to sign up again, in case my account had expired, and was told my phone number was already associated with an account. There was no option to login using a phone number.

Also, when I tried to filter and sort the list of ice cream flavor options, there was or enter button, and I could not see away to commit my filter options. I eventually used the close button, but that did not filter the list.

This app is difficult to use, it is not intuitive, and I don’t recommend it. Either order your ice cream in person at the location or pick a new ice cream shop.

Fix past receipt acceptance

Make the app ACTUALLY take the receipt maybe add a barcode so customers don’t miss out on points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make adding receipts same day- not have to wait 24hrs. This app needs major tweaking! Beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!!

chemizer

Do not go to store in Anderson, SC if you like your Blast make with chocolate ice cream. It is not Bruster’s policy but as very nice employee shared with me rather the owners way of being cheap and using only their vanilla soft serve. Now I am a chocoholic and as we all know vanilla mixed with chocolate syrup IS NOT CHOCOLATE. I went to my first Bruster’s in Lawrenceville, Ga and thought it was a great alternative to Dairy Queen which is farther away in Pendleton, SC. I guess I’ll continue to give Dairy Queen my weekly business.
