Have a hard time connecting to my monument
I can’t connect the mobile app to my monument which is fundamentally a huge problem. I’ve tried everything short of re-formatting the monument device. The app on my computer works better.

Doesn’t recognise wifi networks
Purchased Monument in August 2022, the device can’t find any wifi networks in my house or anywhere near. Sent an email to the tech support a week ago and it has not replied to me yet. Very frustrating.
So slow, support non existent
I have been trying to update from monument 1 to monument 2 through the app for almost 7 weeks and it’s still showing as ‘in progress’. I have now sent 6 emails to the support team over the last 6 weeks with absolutely zero response except for an automated ‘we’ve received your support request’ form email after first raising the issue.
Very disappointing after a strong start with the set up. Went through Discord to try and get help and still nothing. The packaging looks pretty but the product is not supported and doesn’t do what it says it will.

So buggy it’s not usable
App doesn’t connect to my hard drive, non stop errors, absolutely no support or help, and I spent hundreds on Monument 1, 2 and hard drives onto to find a completely different solution. It does not work for me and I am wishing I never discovered Monument to begin with.
Quick fix of 3.0.7 with 3.0.8 worked!
Keep up with the improvements. I’m using 2 of these devices for myself and my relatives (close family). The ease of use on windows, iPad, iPhone and among family of all ages is excellent. Finally a solution for managing years of digital photos.
Crash!!!
In the latest version it is opening. Please fix this ASAP
Crashing
After upgrading to the most recent version of Monument it now crashes immediately after lunch when it starts to display the library thumbnails. Was not doing that previous to this most latest update. Very disappointing!
Force closes after latest update
Not sure what’s up with this, it was great beforehand. Restarted phone, reinstalled the app, but always force closes after about 2 seconds .
Going back to iCloud and photos
What a waste of money! The app is so feature-less as to be unbearable to use. I can’t believe that this makes me want to avoid my DSLR photos even more than when they were on Synology. The app is so slow. It is impossible to manage albums. The only views are “daily” and “monthly”. The people scanning is beta quality if it works at all. Location tagging doesn’t work with addresses or latlong - you can only tag with place names. I could go on - but yeah I’m taking the SSD out and putting at least I can put that to better use. This monument 2 device is going to the trash.
