Useless “mobile” app
You can’t watch anything if you are outside of Sri Lanka, you can see only an error message saying “Content is currently unavailable. Please check your network connection or try again later.”
Having a dedicated mobile application for users to watch what they have missed while away from home, doesn’t facilitate here. Don’t use this app.

Won’t accept my US phone #. I kept trying even adding my country code. The error keeps asking to enter valid phone number. What’s wrong???

Hi, the ViU app is currently designed to be accessed from Sri Lanka for a better experience. We are working on making ViU content available to our valued users overseas as well.
