Cancelled
I was having trouble with the elog saving to Brudgehaul carrier correctly. After 12 emails back and forth, nothing was resolved. I decided to cancel my subscription and found out that you don’t get any refund for your prepaid subscription. They never asked why I cancelled. I would have called but there is no phone number in their contact on the app. Good for them. They got 6 months of my money for all the bad mouthing I will do them from now on. I thought BridgeHaul being a Bennett Company should have been a little better with customer support.

Elog location reporting
It’s an easy to use platform.
My biggest issue is that a lot of the locations are very wrong. I reported some to customer support and a couple were sort of corrected. It looks like when they wrote the software, nobody really looked at a map. According to customer service, the coordinates are right, just the city names are wrong.
A change I would like to see is the shipping information and current trailer number to carry over from day to day.

HOS active screen suggestion
With the 5 circles view, I don’t need a big circle to tell me I’m driving. Instead prominently display the shortest time remaining in bold easy to view format.
Also circles could be green, yellow or red depending upon time available.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! So many issues come & go with this dumb eld service. It’s not logging hours correctly, currently. Thing won’t even start connected. GARBAGE!!!!

Terrible app fells like a punishment having to use this app never stays connected constantly closing app and reopening if your a boss and hate your workers can not recommend this app more
