  • Easy peasy

This is by far the simplest straightforward app for workouts. Tells you everything you need
  • My favourite workout tracking app!

It’s great, i recommend it to my friends and family
  • Wow, great app

This is exactly what I was looking for. A way to track weekly exercise targets against zone 2 and zone 5. The app is near perfect for this. Also, the Apple Watch app for starting exercise exercises is great and I love the Zone tracking even for walking, which doesn’t have zones in the native app
  • STOP! Be aware! No after sale support/service!

I have the PRO version. When I purchased, Zones was capturing my workouts on the Concept2 rowing machine and my Watch 7 …. Until a few months ago. Nothing! Their support has not acknowledged any of my emails. After sale service is nonexistent!
  • Total elevation game for cycling?

I love this app and has long since gone for the pro version. The app allows you to program custom zones for your heart rate. I use it for lots of things and I’m particularly fond of it for cycling and hiking. It keeps track of your route on a map and gives you lots of display options, for example, reviewing the map it shows you your heart rate by location. My one request would be that it keep track of elevation gain while hiking or cycling. It’s not enough to just track the elevation. The app has this capability already, call this user error; otherwise, it would be a nice feature.l

  • This app is the worst exercise app I’ve ever used.

This app is the worst exercise app I’ve ever used and I’ve used hundreds of apps. Don’t waste your time and money on it. Many times I went for a walk like just now and it recorded nothing it came up blank and I’m using the PRO version. This happens regularly and on many occasions. None of the other fitness apps I’ve used and I’m currently using have ever done that including a free one I’m using right now which even maps my walking route using GPS everyday and that app is free.

  • Doesn’t work with Apple Watch 3 anymore

It has been a while and it is unfortunate that Zones is not supported on Apple Watch 3 anymore. I purchased this because it was great to get the notifications of the different zones I am exercising in. The watch face just reads measuring…. With the time counting up.

Would be great if you could add the support back. Not all of us can afford to purchase a new Apple Watch.

  • This is my go-to workout app

Love this app! I used the free version for awhile but then upgraded to pro because I wanted the extra zone to show up. I wouldn’t use one that required a subscription - I appreciate that I could just buy it outright. It’s really helpful to just be able to glance down at my arm and see what color zone I am in. I had tried others that gave the heart rate, but in the middle of an intense workout, I didn’t want to have to either hold my finger on something that measured my heart rate and/or do the math to make sure I was working out hard enough. This really simplifies it so I can focus on the workout rather than on calculating my heart rate.

  • Switching from Garmin is now possible!

Having used Garmin for several years, I’ve occasionally used my Apple Watch for exercises, but it’s been put in the cupboard as Apple Health is naff for HR zone training.

Can’t believe it’s taken me years to discover this app. My favourite aspects of it are the nice UI, no subscription model and a brilliant WatchOS. Can’t find anything to fault with the app yet.

  • Missing one thing

Simple and useful when you just want to see it heart rate zone data. Only thing that prevents me from giving5 star is you need to be able to set goals by each zone. Currently you can only set a goal for total zone activity (includes all zones). The reason zones are relevant at all is because you want to target time in specific zones so not bwi g able to set a weekly goal for say zone2 is annoying.
