  • Good app

    Love this app
  • Phenomenal!

Mirrors Health data reliably, and extends it in very useful ways. Having previously used things like MyZone, I much prefer this approach that integrates to Apple Health and just overlays data extension on top of that to show me the zone breakdown of my workouts.

I also really like the way it frames total exercise in a week. Actually often more helpful to me than rings, as it lets me think in a different time span.

  • Works great with SmartRow

I now use my Apple Watch to record my rowing workouts on the WaterRower using the beta version of SmartRow on my watch and the SmartRow app on my iPhone. SmartRow from the iPhone dumps its data into the Apple Health app and Zones grabs the data from Apple Health. I really like the way data is presented in Zones.

  • Love this app!

I’ve been using it for a few years now and it’s never once given me any issues. Easy and fun to use. I love the fact that I can create my own customized workouts and track them.
  • I love this app

It synchs beautifully and helps me keep on track and also gloat at my achievements
  • Good but could use some simple improvements

Overall I really like it for seeing how much cardio I’m doing in the week. The design is great and I quickly paid for pro since it’s a one time purchase. It could use some improvements though. For example I wish it would let you customize what zones count as moderate and vigorous for your active score. For example the CDC recommends 64-76% of your heart rate for moderate and 77-93% for vigorous but the app forces you to use 50-69% for moderate intensity and 70%+ for vigorous. This makes my active score less accurate than I’d like. I also wish it had a widget for active score and not just zone time. Or a double widget with both active score and zone time for the week.

  • Does just the right things

This app is great. Simple. Not too expensive. I left Strava pro when they jacked up the rates. The one thing I really missed was seeing my exercise for the week and my progress towards my Weil getting to see my total from last week and how I got there. This app has that so: Check.

I’m also interested in ensuring that I get my heart rate up to a certain level for a certain number of minutes per week. Check.

It has some more features but those were two things I needed so I haven’t really tried the others. For me this app check the boxes and it’s just right.

  • Widgets Not Working

The new update has caused the widgets to stop working. They are just black. Please fix! Love the app otherwise
  • Perfect to track your cardio!!!

This is the one tool that will efficiently count only the of your out that matters
  • Really inconsistent

I don’t know what is going on but often it starts greyed out at 73 and doesn’t move until
I restart the exercise, then tonight it stayed at 82 before jumping to 167 within a few seconds of starting the app. Used an alternative app and the heart readings were normal. Don’t know if I’ll keep trying to use it, or at very frustrating.
