Fun game but support is garbage. Regularly takes three days to get an automated response that does not always address the issue

I love this game as I keep in touch with other gamers I've known for years. Only giving 2 stars because there is so many bugs. You get no notifications if scouted or attack. Since my iPhone has updated to ios 12 I now can not buy gold packs. I ve messaged the support a few times now and no reply. Also I have noticed there has been no update for this game for 3 months. Please get your act together and sort it and message people back with support instead of egnoring us

We are like the forgotten child, no updates, drip fed events. Bugs not fixed nothing. Don’t waste your time. Developers not doing anything, ELEX basically stealing money
