Peace of mind for pets in RVs
Purchased this monitor to keep track of temperatures inside my RV when we’re at dog shows. This is critical, especially in the summer months. Don’t leave them unattended very often, but sometimes that’s the only choice. If the A/C fails, there’s a short time before the temperature inside can rise to dangerous levels.
Also secondary benefit of monitoring shore power failures. My rig is connected to shore power when it’s at home. Shore power keeps the batteries charged for longer life.

Will not work on new iPad Pro
Have been using Waggle for a few years now and it has worked great on our iPhones and iPads. However after purchasing a new iPad Pro it will not work on the iPad. The Home Screen starts and then quits. I notified CS and have gotten the reply that there is nothing wrong on their end. Still have peace of mind because it does work on iPhone 13

Great for pets/temp monitoring in RV
Waggle customer service has been great and they have been checking in on me frequently when my waggle stopped working. They replaced it no charge and no issue!
I can adjust the notifications as well, and it’s nice because it always tells me the humidity and temperature at all times!

Great product and great customer service
This product has been a life saver for our dog while camping. The waggle is extremely effective and has taken all the worry out of our pet being left behind while we have fun. We had experienced some problems with our old campers ac, and we never knew when it may have a problem. While waiting for repair we had to sit by and wait the days out at the campsite hoping it wasn’t one of those days that it would shut down again. That’s when I found the waggle and instantly purchased it. Now we enjoy our days knowing if there’s a problem we have time to get back and get our dog to safety.

Great Product / Customer Service
I bought the Waggle device and signed up for the 4G data to make sure our traveling fur baby was safe. The device worked great for a while and started having communication problems & being from and IT background understood things like this happen. Waggles customer service was extremely helpful in trying to troubleshoot the problem but unfortunately it wasn’t something that could be corrected remotely. The entire product exchange process was easy and quick. It took roughly one week from the time I sent the old unit back to the time I received the new unit.

Would love the addition of Wi-Fi
We have used our monitor for about a month and it has brought great peace of mind, but the most recent campground we stayed at was in an area with low Verizon coverage which caused service drop outs. It would be great if there was the ability to also add the monitor onto a Wi-Fi network as a back up, or add coverage from additional carriers.

The monitor has now started randomly sending me alerts that our power is out and then restored. This happens about 100 times a day. There is no power outages in the area but everyday another 100 false alerts. I do not trust nor recommend this product. Customer service (Mike) has kept failing at fixing the problem and keeps asking for more time on my dime.

Saturday Service
I sent an email for support on a new product on a Saturday after 5 pm. Fully expecting a Monday callback. So surprised when they had my account merged with my old one and up and running on a Saturday night. The support staff is amazing. Thank you Jason!!!
Finally!
Took me awhile to figure out how the system works but all is well now. I didn’t realize that I needed to keep the monitor plugged into electric power. Duh!
Also, I had a very hard time understanding the first tech I talked with. Dialect was very strong so I finally gave up. Called back later and that tech was much easier to understand. 😍

Kinda crappy for what I pay a month!!!
It only updates every 15 or so minutes, so when it alerts you, your AC could have been not working for 15 minutes and in order to keep track of how the temp is changing you have to WAIT 15-16 more minutes for it to freakin update again! I got this so that I know my dog is safe when I’m away but instead it just makes me worry for over 15 minutes until it updates again!!!!

Not dependable
App worked good for about five days. After that, when I clicked on the app it would open up just for a second and then close out again. Contacted services. Told to install and reinstall, which I did, but it shows I have no monitor now. I can’t get anyone on the phone.
