Should be able to power off
Love the device and app for monitoring temp in our RV and car to protects our dogs. Customer service is great. Two issue I have are:
1)Unit is not able to be powered off to preserve battery. That should be an option for the device.
2)Temp should refresh more often than every 15 min. That is too long for extreme weather.

Truck/ car Temperature Monitor
I use this for my personal work truck. I bring my best friend with me everywhere I can. Sometimes he’s in the truck for many hours. Waggle is the best service I have found in order to monitor my trucks temperature. I leave my truck running with him in it.

I had the 4g Lite in my previous RV and just now transferred the same unit to my new RV. Great customer support!!! Works as described and not only keeps my pups safe while traveling, but also alerts me if my RV should lose power while in storage! Highly recommend this system!
Set-up for an older unit
I was having trouble registering an older unit. Even though it was the weekend, when I called customer support they were able to help me. They registered the older unit for an upcoming trip. When I return, I will be able to get an upgraded unit as a replacement. Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend them.

Very helpful!
Customer Service was very helpful in helping me to set up my first subscription and activate it. They walked me through some of the features and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to purchase the product.
Good app and product, but key features locked behind a pay wall
It’s a reliable app. I don’t RV but I do have a dog in an apartment without central AC, and here in the Central Valley of California, I get nervous should the AC breaks while I’m out. That’s why I buy this. But the subscriptions are tiered, and things like low battery alert, number of text alerts, or loss power mode are priced at $25 a month, but it seems they are a part of the product. The company prices their tiers quite artificially for services that wouldn’t cost the company a dime by turning them on for all users.

Eases my mind
We travel in our rV for weeks at a time. We have 2 dogs and it is so nice to pull up the app to see the temperature inside where they are. It eases my mind that I will be alerted if anything changes. It is also awesome with the Waggle camera but you don’t have to have it.
Great Customer Service
I recently had a minor issue with my Waggle and Jason at Waggle Customer Service got right on it. He wrote me today, Saturday, and told me they had fixed my issue on their end and to update the Waggle App on the App Store which should fix my problem..and it did. Very happy with Waggle’s Customer Service..what a great device to keep our little dog safe while traveling.

Great product
This product works great. Gives you peace of mind when leaving your pet in the rv. It will text and email you immediately if the set temperature is reached. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. I have emailed them twice and they have called me within 15 minutes of the email and resolved the issue. Highly recommend this product.
