Summer

Because we spend the summer at the beach, we needed a way to make sure that the RV stays at the optimal temperature. If there is a power failure of any kind, the temperature increases fast in the RV. This device provides me peace of mind. On several occasions, the power would go out and I would be notified of the power outage and the increase in temperatures and I would quickly get back to the RV to secure the AC power! Very affordable peace of mind!

We have used Waggle for over a year and really have been happy with it. It is good to know our pets are being monitored and are comfortable when we have to leave them in the motorhome. Michael has been very helpful when we have changed plans or had questions. If you don’t have Waggle as a temperature monitoring device for your RV, we highly recommend it! The peace of mind is worth everything!

Horrible customer service

To anyone thinking about buying this product .. don’t waste your money. The customer service is horrible. I had a issue with my monthly subscription not being stopped and company would not refund the money, the representative was very rude and not helpful. I also was not completely happy with my purchase. The alerts would notify every few minutes that I had loss of power in my RV. I know for certain that power was not lost, I was in the RV while receiving these alerts. I am blaming faulty equipment from Waggle, possibly a short in the electrical cord. I did not feel as though my RV was being monitored properly. I also explained this to the representative and was told that they don’t issue refunds after 21 days. They obviously do not stand behind their product and couldn’t care less about their customers. Highly disappointed in this company 😞

Peace of mind!

I’ve had unit for two years now and it’s working great, as long as you have signal on phone. (I have att. Boo!). The Verizon signal in the unit has proven to be quite reliable! I will say that placement of the unit is key. I had it placed on the trailers outside wall and determined it was picking up heat from the wall. So, I moved it to an inner wall and it’s been working great ever since. The only thing that would make it even better is to include WiFi as a backup. Having both signals would be awesome!

Safest way to monitor pets in RV

We used this ap 2 years ago and recently upgraded to 4G. Jason in customer service was most helpful, calling me back to confirm operation and updates. Very pleased with how Waggle is working with impressive customer service which is nice for a change. It has been very reliable for us and our dogs.

Thank you for the peace of mind!

We’ve taken two separate trips so far & would not have been able to enjoy ourselves without having Waggle in the RV. Home again now and have unplugged the unit to let it power off till we plan our next jaunt !
Oh and our pups are ever so grateful too! ♥️🐾

I wish zero stars were possible

I bought the device when it was Nimble and used it a few months. Deactivated service during winter and reactivated for summer. I had trouble with the device on vacay and discovered THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY WEEKEND SUPPORT AT ALL and you WILL get sales ads via the app notifications. They always push users to use the chat feature in the app but they make the question tree difficult to get a real person in the chat window. I wish I had never bought this device.

Don’t buy waggle, no customer service

At present I can’t get anything to work. Did all the steps to register and waggle did charge my credit card but when u go into the system, it still keeps telling me to register. Can’t reach anyone by phone. Very frustrated with the this user unfriendly system. At this moment, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Jason was fantastic with getting back to me quickly when I emailed in a question. He was polite and patient. As I had just activated my device he checked my account to make sure everything was as it should be and the device was operating properly.

Customer service came through for us.

We were having problems with the unit but once Customer Service was made aware, Jason was very helpful in resolving our issues. I am now very pleased with the device and the service received. We will now be confident knowing the device is working and our pets are safe when we aren’t with them. Thank you!
