No support, no credits
We love the app and have told so many other people about it. But credits are no longer applied to the app. The last 5 orders we have placed have resulted in zero credits. We have attempted to contact support with no response. Really disappointing as the app used to provide such incredible value.

Was excellent - but errors out now
Great app initially, now errors out and no support to contact. Probably needs an update....
