Pure Garbage
I can’t believe Costco associated themselves with this horrible app. I can’t even get past the login screen. So much for unlocking my credit on the fly.
Tells me I have wrong password.
Had to download it multiple times as it would continuously go into a confirming your identity loop. Then I downloaded it again, shut phone off and on, now I get wrong password cue , but password works on desktop but not app. Ridiculously frustrating.
Log in not good lately
I am probably going to cancel service and look elsewhere the app not logging in lately just keeps saying hold tight we’re identifying you and then freezes
Does not work
App not functioning. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone. No email, chat, or text contact
Useless—-do NOT use
This starts up, snatches the login info, and then freezes. No response. Nothing. This was supposedly an updated version. It doesn’t work on an iPad.
Can’t get app to open
Can’t get the app to open - have to delete and start over - not very intuitive once signed in. Experian app is betterment. Frustrating as I’m paying for protection I can’t always access easily.
It was originally a good thing
The app worked fine when I first got it. Now it won’t let me past the sign in screen. It does appear to be working but nothing happens. Now that I want to apply for credit, I can’t get signed in to unlock my experience credit report.
They keep your credit safe - even from you. Yes, it’s been like that for many days now and, yes, I checked for updates and did an uninstall but still have the same bug. Discover costs the same thing except it’s for one instead of two adults but if it works, it works.

Can’t log in
I normally use the website but I wanted to try this app, but it would just spin and never log me into the app.
Login problems and limited information
It looks you out sometimes and it’s hard to get logged it. Yeah it takes several tries and app restarts to get logged it.
Also, there isn’t a section for current accounts, closed accounts, or inquiries.

Constant logins
App forces you to login every time even after setting up Face ID. Website is easier to use and less frustrating.
