The app has become worthless
There are no menu options to navigate. If you click on a notification be prepared to stay on that page forever.

Seriously, the developers for this app did a very lazy job. Experian made no effort to develop their app at all. Some things are not even grammatically correct. Upper and lowercase word and titles — Who wrote this?? Why is Costco selling this service and app to their customers??

Bad update
New update completely broke face recognition requiring a trip to the safe to get the passcode and a double step verification. Makes having a mobile app and mobile access when traveling completely unusable.
Good basic app
Very useful to see my alerts. Notifications are great. The new OTP authentication worked smoothly for me - neat.
Continuous issues
Now the app requires me to verify my identity each time I log in. Very annoying. There is ALWAYS an issue with the app. Look at your terrible rating! Will you please hire professionals to either repair the app or start from scratch??? When will the app actually be somewhat stable? What is the problem over there???

Better than the competition
I’ve tried a few apps including discover identity theft protection and a few others and they’ve all had issues. This is the most affordable and it does what the others do too.
The app is buggy and gives me connection issues, but hey, at least I’m only paying $9 a month for these issues cuz I haven’t found an I’d theft service without them yet. Here’s hoping they’ll improve it...

Pros: great access to different information
Cons: slow to update, user interface is not at all friendly, glitchy/buggy, very slow
Overall, I’m disappointed and unimpressed. This app is of the quality apps were when the iPhone first case out. It is difficult to maneuver and does not load quickly. Whenever I get a credit score update alert, I usually have to open the app up 6-7 times before I actually get to view anything. I like the service but the app makes the whole experience tiresome and I’m still deciding whether it’s worth it.

Unable to reset password
When I click on rest password link in my email..it is going to login page instead of letting me reset my password.
Should be better
We pay to have our credit and ID protected but they can’t figure out how to make a suitable app. Glitchy and doesn’t let me delete any notifications. Keeps telling me to get the app when I try to view a new message, in the app.
Not Impressed
Really buggy. Messages don’t load resulting in a constant notification badge on the app. Won’t take long before I’m desensitized to that so what good will any important notifications be? Everything is very slow to load and the app features are pretty bland and awkward. Definitely makes me question continuing to using the service.
