Shockingly Slow

Discovered the service and app through Costco. It’s sad that the savvy business folks at Costco are not tech savvy enough to realise how slow this app is polluting their brand.

Disappointed and hope they’ll fix the issues.

Does not work

App does not work, either crash or does not connect to the “service”. This a is ongoing problem since 2016. No way to contact support though email, you can try the phone (+30 minutes wait).

Website is optimize for Safari and works exactly as the app. I think this is just a “web app”

Unstable app.

I was not able to fully browse the site. Very unstable. iPhone 7 iOS 11.2.2 . I was told by the customer service agent that I need to upgrade to the iPhone 8 . According to apple support this did not make any sense.
Then I had to cancel my account with same agent.
Very poor customer service. And poor app.

Needs work

- Unreliable logins :: fails many times
- Notifications don't clear properly
- No "Select All" to mark as read
- Notification deletions don't work properly
- still more useful than the mobile site

Alerts won't clear

This app isn't terribly helpful. I have a badge notification that tells me I have an alert - which is scary with an identity protection app. However, when I access the app, I see the same message that's been there for over a month showing me my current credit scores. I can't clear this message.

Pretty terrible

It's a glorified web portal in its current state. If you log in with touch id to the app you still have to enter credentials to view any information. Can't delete messages it always errors out with "can't communicate with server".

I really hope they treat personal information with more care. Not what I would have expected for a product that Costco resells.
