Works but not impressed

Too many steps to connect the monitor to the app and start the reading

1. Click on the "+" sign
2. Click on "Blood Pressure and Heart Rate"
3. Click on "Auto Bluetooth"
4. Turn device on
5. Wait for device to connect
6. Once connected push the power button again to start the reading.

By the time you reach step 6 your blood pressure hits the roof.

Other devices and apps you only have to push start on the device. Connects and transmits the reading automatically.

No integration with the health app

I use it on my ipad at home while logged in to my medilink account. It has a larger screen making it easier to enter notes when needed. I expected to see that same data on my iphone when logged in to the same account. NO THE DATA RECORDED ON THE IPAD DOES NOT SHOW ON THE IPHONE.

For some reason, the data gets duplicated occasionally which renders the average useless.

Model BD323 Compact BP Monitor

Unable to get reading to my device. Shows as connected but zero readings recording

Bluetooth only works for a few seconds

BT will connect, download data but then no longer functions when taking a measurement.

No Apple health integration.

Works well, but the lack of apple health integration makes it now as valuable for people who manage their own records.

BIOS Manual

The product is good but the manual is brutal.

Pretty fine so far

This is the app for affordable blood pressure monitors, and the UX/UI is pretty fine. The connection with the device is smooth and easy. The graphs, logs, tables are very useful and just what I was looking for. I would like to have the apple health link ๐Ÿ”— and just desirable the option to erase the memory from the device once recorded in the app.

Problem with Bluetooth

Data transfer to Apple Health should be a top priority.

Works like a charm and it is very versatile

The monitor works very well and it is very comfortable.
The instructions and options on how to measure are quite useful.
It has the advantage to work seamlessly independent or connected to a smartphone.
The only feature I missed was the ability to record the results directly into the Apple health app.

Apple Health?

Works fine, but no apple Health intigration?

App is useless

After some sort of change, the app no longer provides the information and services it once did. I wrote to customer service and was told to wait a week or so. I did and itโ€™s still just as useless as before.

I could have spent far less money and written the information down myself.
