Bookings are never received by clinic!

This used to be fine a few years ago but the last 2 years, it’s been terrible.
On occasion, the bookings would not go through to my clinic but the last year (at least), no bookings have gone through.
I know the bookings are successful on the app side of things as I get confirmation emails and notifications for my appointments.
Deleted the app, I’ve given it sooo many chances.
I would just call my clinic but it’s always a 10 min wait on hold.

Handy App

It is quite convenient to use this app to make appointments. There are many useful features.

Good concept

Design is well-done and easy to use.

Constantly hangs

One of the worst apps on the App Store. Adding payment the app hangs, adding a patient the app hangs. Troubleshooting doesn’t work. It’s not the phone it’s the app

useful app

You are in control of your own time. Able to see a doctor at a time that you like.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, after booking you don’t have choice to change the doctor and the worst you won’t be able to know if the the doctor covers bulk or no!! So I get shocked and pay!!

So much easier to make appoitments

Able to see the doctor at your own choice of time. Find out when your usual GP is working. Able to make appointments 24hrs per day at your own time and place. Telemedicine is available when unable to get to the medical centres or when far away.

Dodgy as

Not designed for Australia - asks for an insurance number specific to Singapore. You have to pay to make a booking. Don’t bother just ring the clinic.

Ridiculous

Slow. Not set up for australia- national number for each person added?! Requires you to enter a credit card to set it up. English clearly not the first language of the app developer.

Alternatives to MaNaDr for Patient
