Worked great then stopped

The app worked great initially syncing with my Runkeeper data, and then the next time (May 2nd) it quit working. Have only had the app for about two weeks. Please fix this!!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app, disconnected and reconnected Runkeeper...so incredibly frustrating!!!

Apologies for what happened! Runkeeper API has got some reliability issues lately. As a Runkeeper user, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues when using WorkoutSnap to fetch activities on Runkeeper. While I am contacting Runkeeper support, you may quite the WorkoutSnap app, re-launch it, and try fetching Runkeeper records again. It's not necessary to uninstall the app or disconnect/re-connect from Runkeeper. I'll update in here once I get more info from Runkeeper, again, sorry about this, it's frustrating to me as well.

Great app ... but

I’ve been using this app for a while and love it - however recently when I try and add text it has a black background and black text and I can’t see it !! It saves ok - but doesn’t make it easy for editing ☹️. I’m running iPhone 11 and 13.4

Text editing bug since last upgrade

I have noticed a bug that seems to have appeared since the last upgrade. When editing text on a picture from Strava, I can’t move the cursor up to delete pre-entered text. The text is hidden off of the screen and I can’t move to it. I just have to backspace and assume the text deleted. I paid for this app and this is very frustrating.

Strava Upload

The Strava upload feature hasn’t been working last 4 days. Just ‘spins’ after selecting Strava icon.

UPDATE (11/7/2019): reupdated app and everything is working great again. Appreciate the quick response. Customer care matters!

I'm sorry about what happened! Please upgrade to the latest release 1.2.9, Strava sync issue has been fixed finally. I had some beta testing users reporting it's working after upgrade. Would you please give it a try. Would you consider adjusting the rating if the upgrade also works on your device? Thanks for understanding!

Top app in its class!!!

Be great to have garmin stats sync and also a tab for OCR (obstacle course racing) with quotes!!

Building Garmin Connect support at the moment, won't take too long! I added OCR quotes to the TODO list. Double thumbs up for the review!!!

I used to love this app but now it doesn’t connect with strava anymore :( is a fix coming soon?

No Strava

Was a good app until it stopped working with Strava. If you can’t have Strava link up, at Lara’s add Garmin or Training Peaks.

Please upgrade to the latest release 1.2.9, Strava sync issue has been fixed finally. Would you consider adjusting the rating if the upgrade also works on your device? Thanks for understanding!
