Not picked up for two days
I downloaded this app and scheduled a pick up for my bed linen and selected a time slot. But they didn’t pick it up on time, later called me and informed me that they were busy and will reschedule to the next day. I called the them next day but the general line was not answered and the pick up team never showed up. Useless
