SCAMMERS!!
The 7 day trial offer is a SCAM!! Money will be taken even before the 7 days. In my case, i changed the default yearly subscription of £59 to monthly £9.99 before signing up for the free 7 day trial. These bunch of scammers charged me £9.99 and today 3 days later, i received an invoice from Apple. If this has happened to you, ignore these scammers and contact Apple Support and they will guide you through to how to get a refund or when you receive your invoice from Apple, click on REPORT A PROBLEM, and follow the next steps to get a refund. Now, i’m going to use another Apple ID and another Apple device and attempt to sign up for a fee trial whilst i do a screen recording as proof of fraud. This will be sent to Apple first, then anyone who has suffered this scam can come together so legal action can be taken. A 7 days free trials should be FREE. as stated. First let me say the actual editing tools work well and the product has a lot of really incredible capabilities. The problem is that it makes every administrative action a complete frustration. The newest update just straight up will not save my edited photos to my camera roll. When it did work it strangely saved the edited photos in whatever chronological place the original photo was saved, rather than as the most recent photo in the camera roll—so you’d have to scroll back to wherever the original was saved to check that the edited version was saved there. Also, deleting current projects is more complicated than it should be, and on the news this are also just straight up does not work. I deleted a project, but it wouldn’t remove it, I exited and came back, it’s still there, I tried again to deists but now it doesn’t have the option to delete it anymore. Saving and deleting your photos should be basic and easy—especially when you are paying so much! I am coming to the end of my annual subscription and won’t be renewing, it’s just a total mess!Show lessXoxo79

Why do I have to pay to contort myself in funny ways. I used to have great fun just playing around and being able to screenshot dumb pictures in bad quality with the background app hack. WHY WOULD YOU PATCH IT. I can’t believe people are insecure enough to pay for this and actually use it genuinely. I thought Facetune was a joke???????? Unfortunately one that pays the price. I’m poor and I wanna have fun so screw you. And in this economy! Do you not feel bad? You’re a successful app, why do you feel the need to be so greedy?
I am now going to cut out pictures from magazines and fulfil my favourite enrichment activity of distorting faces in gruesome ways.

Used to be one of the best editing apps going, but now almost everything is behind a paywall!
The one main thing people use this app for is to edit their FACE.. However now, anything to edit your face is behind a paywall of a minimum of 9.99!!!! absolutely absurd.. after seeing this i believe i’m just going to delete the app and look for another. almost £10 just for a month… it’s a shame how ridiculous this app has gone and money hungry… you actually can’t edit yourself without paying, the only thing you can use now is “retouch” which is just a blurring tool… at least with Airbrush if you purchase a tool, it’s their permanently. not being a subscription.. it seems facetune is now possibly the worst app to use in terms of fair pricing.Show lessjustofrstuff

I love all the great features that this app offers for editing pictures and videos. The first time I downloaded this app, I opted for a yearly subscription at a discounted price so I would not have to worry about money being drawn out of my banking account monthly; I used it for two years but I decided I no longer needed it and cancelled my subscription with no problem. Because this app was great for what I needed; I decided to subscribe to this app again(yearly) at discount price stated; however,I received a warning from my bank of suspicious activity concerning Apple Store purchases that were not familiar so I halted payment. When I tried to use this app there was no download available so I thought I had made a mistake. I reloaded the this app again a few days later and subscribed for the year and it appeared that everything was fine; however, the next day I received the warning from my bank again for suspicious activities concerning an Apple store purchase and stopped payment. After checking my records to see what was going on, I noticed that I was getting billed for the discount subscription, and also some other amount. I wanted a free trial so signed up. They said they would send a notification once the free trial was up which they never did. I then just got an email from apple stating I had been charged $110. I’m filing a complaint with apple, Facetune mislead me by false information. Give me my money backJoejoeree

I signed up for a seven-day trial on this app last year, hoping to explore its features and see if it was worth subscribing to. After using it for a few days, I decided that it was not the right fit for me, and I promptly cancelled my subscription before the seven days were up.
However, I was surprised to find out that my subscription had not been cancelled, and £22 was deducted from my account without my authorisation. I immediately contacted the company and informed them of the situation, requesting that they cancel my subscription and refund my money. I also informed my bank not to allow any further payments to this company.
Despite my efforts, I received no help or support from the company. To my dismay, I discovered that another payment of £33 had been taken from my account without my authorisation. I was shocked and upset, having paid over £50 for subscriptions that I had never used.
I highly advise against choosing the seven-day free trial on this app. If you encounter any issues, the company is unresponsive and unwilling to listen to its customers. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this app to anyone.
I went on the app today and the app says that I do not have a subscription yet the money has been taken out of my account.
I do hope that I will get some feedback and a response by the company regarding this important matter. I will keep you all updated.Show lessSarah&Leigh

I have paid a lot of money for this app in order to unlock all the app features and have been using it, but what this app does beside the face they have the same edit and design as lot of other app. They add new features which sometime is the only reason you paid lots of money for it, but they want to find way to still charge you more so they remove the best features and change them with an Ai Avatar generator which is the same on all app are adding them now and now they want you to pay again for every time you want to use this and not just that they have removed the text to image that was there before as a part of the app. Another trick they do if not now eventually like they did before is change the name of the app so now you very expensive app you bought have no more support and updates and if you want you have to pay again like they did with Facetune and then Facetune 2, and soon to be a 3. Don’t bother downloading and using you can get the same edits and avatar today on all the other app that some also still Ofer text to speech. ScammersShow lessDonald Trump J
Amazing Denoise Tool
I don’t think this is what people use this for, but the auto enhance tool on here is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I have some incredibly terrible grainy photos that seemed impossible to fix, but with a tap of a button it was like it created my face out of nothing! When I say grainy I mean like my face was chunky blocks of pixels… but now it really looks like me with my unique facial features and everything! How did it know?! I thought my photos were trash, but now my mind is blown! How. Did. It. Know?!
My only wish is that there was an option to denoise more than just a face. Like now my face is amazingly crystal clear, but from my chin down it just grain. I tried to find another program or app that could at least get close to FaceTune’s enhance tool but haven’t found anything yet. Most don’t change anything, or just look cartoonish and distorted.
Please please please allow us to enhance more than just our faces. Think of all the potentially great pictures I could rescue!Show lessjmassoudi

Now, it’s just a plain photo editor app. You took away the best feature of the app. The ability to take a selfie and make a work of art. Choosing the type of creation, ethereal, flowery, tattoo, even choose the artist you like. A week ago, my favorite app, now I would not pay for this and I’m not even asking for my money back. I would gladly pay for what I had a week ago. But you greedy developers took it away and even charge app within app, which I wouldn’t care even about that, in order to get what I had a week ago. I paid for two subscriptions thinking if I pay both, maybe I will get what I had a week ago. But no,, you removed that and made it a boring photo editor app, like so many other photo editing apps. You greedy developers removed what was good and made it boring, and then made several subscriptions within the same app so you could rake in more money. And have you READ these reviews? They are probably at least 90% BAD!! I have to admit I didn’t read them before now. So, you’re “so exited” about your latest update? Yeah I get the inside joke.
