Not very good. No idea how to cancel the subscription

We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties using our app. App subscriptions will automatically be renewed if they are not canceled more than 24 hours before renewal date. You can cancel the app subscription in your iTunes Settings (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Please kindly refer to this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTYOGxocu2o. You can also follow these steps to cancel your App Store subscription: 1. Start "Settings" app on your Home Screen and tap your name on top of the screen; 2) Tap Subscriptions' button; 3) Tap the subscription you want to cancel; 4) Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button. If you don't have 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over. No way to cancel
Follow up: I emailed the developers on the day I downloaded the app about the fact that there was no way to cancel. I instructed them to cancel my subscription effective immediately and informed them that they were not authorized to make any charges to my account. They deliberately waited a week before replying (to make sure the free trial period had expired) with complicated instructions on how to cancel my subscription. However they still made the unauthorized charge to my account.
I got Apple to reverse the charge and I’m currently working on getting Apple to ban this app from the App Store as a result of their unauthorized charges to my account, AND I am also filing criminal charges against the developers for making fraudulent charges to my account. Therefore it’s possible that by the time you download this app, the developers might be in prison.

I created a document on Pages and Notes using iPad but could not get the document to the fax. Only way to do it that I could find was to take a copy photo using the camera and then copying the photo to the fax and that was accepted and I was able to send the document. So I had to work it out myself.

Our app does not trick users - it offers a free trial subscription and provides full subscription information.
