Anything that keeps me from having to talk to the rude person in the Centralia office is something I want. Why do we as consumers have to end a phone call angry when you weren’t when you called….

I love the convenience of knowing when my next pick up is. I have my pick up every other week and I sometimes get confused when the next one is.

I love the access to the app. My pick up and schedule has been the same for over 10 years and they recently changed it. Once I got the app, it notified me through a text. But, I would like to receive notices every time prior to my pick up. Otherwise the app is great for getting information. I highly recommend it. as far as I know, no bugs are fixes have been needed. Thank you much.

I purchased my home in 1987 and LeMay has always provided the best service to my family. I have never called them with any complaints. I always give the drivers a wave, when I see them!
Notification
I wish my notification would come earlier than 6:20 PM. I go to bed at 7:30 then I have to get up get dressed and take my yard waste or garbage to the road. I would like to have earlier notification or even multiple regardless I am thankful for this notification I’m getting.

New home owner here and fist call was friendly, informative and very thorough. I was so happy after my initial phone call and setting up device was so easy. Trash bins delivered as described and pick up has been great! Thank you for providing all around customer service as it seems to be a rarity these days.

The app automatically provides pickup reminders based on your personal subscription and dates. Highly recommend the app. Service has been great so far.

Love this app that reminds us what tubs to put out to the curb on collection day! We never had this notification service with Waste Management Service in King County!
