Has potential
I have no issue with the story so far, my issue is mainly with the fact that Telltale is ridiculously slow about releasing episodes, and even that I could overlook if the company didn't eagerly take my money, then say "Hey dude, we're releasing the next episode on this date" and then that date comes and goes with no release.
Telltale's word is pretty worthless. And sure, I get there's a lot to developing a game, but it really irks me when someone can't/won't honor their word. And even that I could forgive if the freaking company kept me in the loop with regard to what's going on in terms of deadlines they set.
I even signed up for their stupid account and newsletter, but no communication outside of trying to peddle their other games.
If I hadn't invested time and money into what is otherwise a great game series that only Telltale lords over, then I'd say screw it. Might still do that when this round of episodes is done.
Telltale is all about taking money up front, and has no credibility in the way of timely follow through.

Good game
This is a good game. The people complaining obviously haven't played the previous seasons, haven't played a game from TellTale, or have a lower end device. The graphics and audio are on par with every other TellTale game and the story is good as well. If you've never played TellTale games before, expect a wait between episodes...it's the way it's always been. You can pay for them all at once or as they come out so decide and don't complain please. Read game descriptions or visit the developer's website. This is the way TellTale Games rolls and if you haven't figured that out yet, you haven't been playing for long and your review is based on your own misperceptions. This is a game that plays like an interactive movie. You cause it to progress by playing and while you do have choices to make, the storyline is pretty much set. If you're looking for an adventure game that allows free range play then this is not the game for you.

Has potential
Enjoyed Ep 1&2 and am looking forward to the rest. Wish there was more Clem and more variation due to choices. I hope the introduction of Javier doesn't mean that Clem will go away this season. This season has the potential to be great (like 1&2) or not so great
Waiting
Love this game. Have played all the versions. But have seriously been waiting for months for episode 3 to become available. What's the hold up. So frustrating ๐ก
New episode needed
Love these games, really wanting the next episode to come out. It's been a long time, when will it be out??
Impatient
So when's the next episodes coming out haha :-) great game, great story
How long do I have to wait?
All the walking dead game series are great. Series 3 is no different, but . . . I paid for the further game episodes, and I'm still waiting for them to be released. I've waited over 3 months now, and still no mention on when they will be released?
I wish they would have mentioned they were not available at time of purchase.
I will have forgot the story by the time they are released!!!!!
Very disappointing.

It's better than ever!
In my opinion, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, is single handily one of the best games I've played in years. The story line is just beautiful. I love how through the entire series, there's so many Easter eggs! Also, I like how it still has main characters. I like how you play as different characters each game! In this one you play as Javier and Clementine. I think that's a great idea. This game keeps me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Definitely worth buying all the episodes and what's better is you can start a whole new story if you never played the other games pre to this one. It's honestly the best game. My favorite season will always be season one, but this game might change my mind!! Overall it's amazing and perfect.

Where???
I want to know why you taletell have my money for episodes 3-5 and I still don't have the rest of my game๐ค๐ก I purchased this game back in January and still nothing; this feels like when I purchased 7 days to die from y'all great game but the bugs and corruption errors made me feel your whole development should've been put out of business. Now the story line had me sucked into obtaining this game minus the negatives for the games you've been putting out lately, but I realized nothing has changed, just been duped into giving you money for a game I love in return not receive a product worth it, all the while you sit in your mommies basement finding new ways to make more sugar honey ice tea games while eating pizza and rubbing ๐.... SMH you game developers are no god

Not what I was expecting at all
When I heard that the 3rd walking dead had come to the App Store, I was actually really excited. However, When I actually opened the game, I noticed a few things.
First of all, the graphics weren't amazing my any means. This however, is to be expected by a mobile game. The thing that bothered me, was the sound. The audio is horrible and breaks the immersion. Gunshots sound like they were from the 1950's movies.
Second, you have to pay another 5$ for each episode, and their pretty short. It doesn't give you the second episode free as it says it does, and 25$ total for a mobile game that can't even get their sound right is way too much. 5$ is a fair bit for a mobile game as is.
The worst part is, nowhere in the description say that that the the full price is 25$
By the time I knew that I had already wasted my money. It mentioned that the second episode was free, so I assume the others would be about 1$ or something as an add on (which is still barely acceptable to a high school student without a job). It's just the rotten cherry on the toxic sundae that I didn't even get the second episode.
Just get it on PC or console.
