Faulty app

Not sure what is wrong with the app but i cant seem to tap on anything It Just stays on the same page

Don’t bother bc they don’t answer your e mails I got a hold of someone on the im they said to e mail them .... they do not answer these it said with in 24 hrs .... I don’t think they know when 24 hrs is they had a Facebook coupon if you invited three friends and they excepted and download it and open the app get five dollars for each one I only got credit for one I got a hold of an instant message person who said to email the problem for which I did the coupon says it’ll be there with in 24 hours it was not me so the answer your email within 24 hours it’s been a week I was waiting on this coupon to order a dress I wanted and now the dress is gone up three dollarsSince I put it in my cart they sent me an email saying my cart was going to expire that’s why I contacted tried to contact them I don’t answer emails and customer service stinks so I gave two stars because I did order one dress fits pretty good little big but least I got it on it’s a pretty dress I got a lot of compliments so for my daughter materials a bit then though

Really Happy

I love my Tankinis an skirted swimsuits. Huge choices for Plus size, beautiful made and packaged. The sizing is good if u read the USA ,U.K. size chart an go bigger for us 22 in New Zealand.

Awful site!

Clothing takes forever to arrive, if the item you want and have paid for isn’t in stock, they do not inform you or return your money, instead await action on your part before they tell you.
Sizing of items when they do arrive is at least 2 sizes if not more too small, returns are a hassle, they take ages to refund the items.
I ordered in April, chased my order mid May to find one of the items wasn’t in stock. After receiving other items they did not fit, I asked for a refund and was given different options with conflicting advice from different customer service agents.

I returned the items mid June and after backwards and forwards with customer services saying that they have not received the items and and offering of a ‘good will gesture’ of a partial refund, I emailed via PayPal advising if I did not receive a full refund I would escalate further. I received a full refund within a few hours. (It’s August now).

If you are going to buy, buy 2 sizes bigger than you are, and through PayPal to ensure extra security.

Not worth it

I was excited to try Rosegal, as it’s been promoted as a plus size clothing app. The only thing I saw about returning was on the first page, it said returns within 30 days. Didn’t mention any exclusions. The biggest size available in the swimsuit I wanted was XL, kinda strange for a plus size app. So I get the swimsuit, and now I look at it and I see where the measurements were, that’s my fault for not reading the measurements. I see when it ships it comes from China and I think here we go it’s not going to work, bc their sizing is much different. So I get it within 30 days (doesn’t fit) and I try to contact them for returns, and of course they don’t do returns on swimwear. I scoured the app and finally found where that policy was hiding, under account information. The full return policy Should be on the front page, not one stating returns within 30 days if that’s not the whole truth. I gave it two stars because it did come and bc the measurements were there I just didn’t see them.

Terrible customer service

10 days later, my order hasn't been shipped yet. Contacted support and they let me know that it's because the item is out of stock and it will take another week. Were they planning on letting me know that? No communication at all about it. Customer service is robotic and unhelpful. Will have to open a paypal diapute as the only options their terrible support gave me was waiting or choosing another item. Do not recommend this company.

Goods I ordered

I am not impressed with your firm or customer service I ordered a 2X dress it can only be a size 18 if that I wrote and explained day it arrived asking for a return label I am still waiting yet you are advertising for new customers try looking after ones you have already got give them 100% service instead of ignoring them you were quick to take money out of my account still got dress parcelled up to return so I can have a refund

Cute clothes BUT...

I wasn’t aware of the 10-25 day timeframe for shipping until after I placed my order. I’ve ordered 6 items which I’m still waiting for that have all been shipped at different times so I have to wait to wear a complete outfit. There isn’t an option to expedite shipping at an additional cost either. I had a concern regarding my order and submitted an inquiry thru the app. I received a confirmation email that my inquiry had been received however I still haven’t received a reply. So that is a bit frustrating also. The company advertises on Instagram all of the time which is why I downloaded the app. This is my first time placing an order an unfortunately will be the last time. I’ll just have to find cute clothes elsewhere. Thanks anyway though! I’m still excited to get my items whenever they arrive.

Love it!

Ordered 5 tops...3 arrived in a couple of weeks and now waiting the last 2...free shipping and the sizes are true to what the WWW states. Ii will definitely be buying more soon!
