Amazing game but
I love this game it’s very fun but what I don’t like is that hero’s like Angela her attacks barely do any damage and her mana goes down really fast. Also I don’t like how you actually have to buy diamonds it would be nice if you got diamonds for when you log in like you do with battle points and when your in a match because their are a lot of people like me who can’t buy diamonds and their are a lot skins I wanna get but I don’t have any diamonds. Overall the game is amazing I love it but I would like if you could get diamonds like in a match and when you log in like you do with battle and also it would be great if Angela’s attacks were stronger and if she did not lose her mana really fast. Also the lag and crashing is annoying, I can’t play without it crashing every 5 minutes. I’ve tried everything but the lag and crashing won’t stop every update makes it worse. Whenever I update mlbb the game gets more laggy and the crashing happens even more. It used to crash only 1-3 times but now it’s even more than that please mlbb fix this it’s annoying and I hate going afk because of how the lag and crashing is.Show lessVv@26172
DATA ISSUES ON END OF GAME
hey guys since latest update the game keeps crashes when exiting the battlefeild , it is say there is data problems from this round and means im missing out on XP BP fron that battle it has happened atleast 10x in one night im happy to start paying for account but not till this is addressed or just an explanation around why game keeps crashing when cleaning up the battlefeild , its happening every third game in classic brawl or chess im a keen player and besides this crashing issue its amazing game and i recommend to serious players only .

Not for unmotivated players!
ML:BB is a great game! It has a lot of updates, cool skins and sponsors! If you love online multiplayer PvP games this is for you! Here are some problems I have to state before downloading the game, number one: Make you sure you have a stable internet connection! As someone who has poor WiFi I am constantly losing connection from my games. I even got warned because apparently I was, "throwing" when I was just losing connection. Number two: Stay motivated! The amount times I've raged and screamed because I've lost a game is ridiculous. Always try and succeed to rank up. Even though I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times I feel like I should reinstall it and start over again. Number three: Do to be able to get new cool skins when you first download the game. Get characters, not skins! I've made the same mistake as well before and highly regret it. Number four: Update the chat system! No one uses voice chat so you may as well remove it or replace it with something else. I would state more but I wouldn't like this review to be long. Those are just my pet peeves which made me give the gale a 3-star review. But there also many pros, there are thousands of streamers, YouTubers, and guides to entertain you or help get better at the game. All and all, this game has a high potential, it just haven't reached it yet, but you are still able to have fun either way :). I'll let you decide!Show lessDiamond Kone
Fun game. Terrible store.
Was intrigued by the transformers promo, till I realized you can’t buy any of the skins. The only way to get them is through purchasing packs that cost between 13 to 30 dollars for 1 of 6 parts to the characters. Rather then selling the skin for 13 dollars or whatever like every other game does. That aspect of it alone was enough to delete it. This game is a straight money grab. Good game. Bad customer service
The game is good but has its faults like every moba . My main problems is the customer service . I tried reporting a bug I saw thinking it would get sorted and wouldn’t happen to someone else. But when I tried, the process is unnecessarily long and is requesting information that is irrelevant to the situation . To then wait patiently for a response to get a “person” who can’t access the video saved on my account . Which seems odd that tech support can’t access one of the features to its own game to review the bug. So it has to be saved to a separate google drive which makes the whole “saved games” seem redundant especially as it gets wiped with each update. Nevertheless after speaking to one “employee” who didn’t understand their own game, I had two more separately try and pass my query on to someone more qualified who would review for them and get back to me . Which never happened and both times they closed the conversation never answered my query and said someone would contact me shortly . Which never happened . Other MOBAs may have a more toxic fan base but at least they use there money for decent tech support and customer serviceShow lessmist walker
Ban and appeal process
I have played this game sooo much it is such a good game most of the time, however… i recently tried to start a match and everything was working completely fine then when the match started to load a pop up came up saying “error loading files please relogin to game” and the app closed, so i re opened the app only for the same message to keep coming up, my connection was completely ok so it wasnt an issue on my end, i then obviously got reported by the other players and my credit score went all the way down to 90!, when offered the right to appeal as it was a fault of the app not myself, the only options it allows is for you to say that the issue IS your fault and then almost obviously your appeal is “always” rejected :/:/ , and the online help section is very unhelpful aswel as your required to have your battle id number and sever id number to hand?? But yet you are unable to copy and paste those details in game, even though you are actually logged in to your account at the time of your request :/ , now here iam about to reinstall and HOPE that this will fix the issue ….. even though now my score is what it is i will most likely be unable to play for a number of DAYS -_-Show less1gloo1
These are just some things that I would like to say!
I want to say the i frickin love this game! But I just want to point out some things! So um one time I was in a match and my parents called me not knowing it was online and they called me for something important! So I went to them and I helped them but I had to wait a whole DAY to play again I literally cried... but the point is it was an emergency and I had no way of telling the game I could not play so can there be an emergency mode so like if you have an emergency in the middle of the match you can press that and get back into the game and if it’s over you don’t have to wait to play, that’s just an idea! My second thing is, Can you make it easier to get money??? I mean I see so many characters I want and I don’t wanna spend irl money on game money! And after I buy one character I can’t buy anything for like a month!! Please make like quests that give you money if you complete them! It would help you get money way quicker then you can get more characters and outfits!:) That’s all I had to say! FYI I love this game I’m not hating just giving you ideas!Show lessSS_Sope
Good Developer, Toxic Players
Honestly this is THE best-developed casual MOBA game in the market. BUT the matchup system and toxicity are driving me away from the game. I would get matched with AFK players five games in a row while the opposition team suffers the same, which completely ruins a 5v5 game. It gets even more frustrating when teammates or opponents are toxic. Speaking of toxicity, I mean plain racism and cyber bullying. It’s way more than just players harshly commenting on others’ skills or whatsoever. It’s PLAIN RACISM.. ask any players who spend longer time in the game. As soon as they see certain flags or profile pictures, the racist comments would just flood before the drafting is even finished. For more cyber bullying, poor kids playing this game better have a strong mind to hold on or turn off the chats. The problem is the developer doesn’t pay much attention to this. The reports won’t do anything to violators but reduce a few in-game credit scores. Honestly if the developer wants more players to join the game, they should spend more efforts making the game environment less frustrating. Wins and losses in MOBA games are very common and natural, but having no enforcement or maintenance on player behaviors is irresponsible.Show lessfrankcwf
Unbalanced champions and items
I have played this game for nearly 400 matches and deleted/re-downloaded it for three times. Every time I try to see the improvements in this game whether it’s in game experiences, champs skills and item effects, the results are quite disappointing. I have played many 5v5 moba games like aov, hoks, lol:wd, onmyoji arena and human academy as well as compared them over the years. As a result, I will not be re-downloading this game and playing it again.
Anti-stun shoes and anti-heal items are basically no use in this game because the hp recovering items and stun skills are sooooo insane. As for unbalanced champs, some can use one ult to recover almost 3/4 hp and it’s impossible to fight them solo (in lane) even if u do counter items. Also for the farming part, as far as I can tell there is none of that in the game. When fighting solo in the fighter lane sometimes u want to take small jungs (not buffs) to boost level and gold. It is nearly impossible for a normal fighter (i.e Ruby) to take the small lizard alone at a level of 4. All in all, the reporting system is also not advanced enough to provide the players with a nice and polite gaming environment.Show lessEchomiaomiaomiao
Hackers and Poor customer service
I registered into mobile legends a year ago and played a decent amount but fell of the game until just recently discovering it again, Its a fun game and I love it spending my own earning on cute skins and fun characters to play, but lately my account had been hacked by someone which i sought to take screenshots of and try to contact customer service. It was hard to find their email address and the ingame customer service is just a robot that makes you go through simple categories that basically dont handle every specific problem. Once I emailed them I had to fill out a form just to talk to someone. Once someone contacted me all they asked is which device I had registered my account on, and I thought it was easy because I knew what phone I had and knew that there was a feature in the game telling you when you first logged into a device. When I got my reply it only said it was incorrect, And i persisted it was the right device till they gave up on me only caring about that singular answer. It frustrates me that someone had hacked my account and stolen my money and all they asked me is what device i registered on. I dont think im getting my money back and I am fearful that my account will just get hacked again and mobile legends doesnt give a singular care... :(Show lessLittle anaconda
