App no funciona
App doesn’t work, and the payment machine at the facility doesn’t work either.

Don’t use the app
Payment won’t go thru, regardless of what card you use. Better to use cash instead. The wall mounted unit doesn’t dispense back change if your short so make sure you either use large bills or exact change.
Pay via app doesn’t work
The whole purpose of the app is to pay via saved credit card. But it doesn’t work. Had to trek all the way back to my room for € coins. Don’t bother downloading the app. Just use the touch screen inside the facility.
Terrible
Same as a previous user; credit card didn’t go through. Setting up profile is buggy. Location is hard to figure out, would be a lot easier with QR codes on machines as it is in other countries. Ended up paying on site, not worth the headache.

App does not let payment go through. Must pay in euro cash. Machine gives you change. Easy and good service.

I added a credit card, selected a machine, and selected to pay, but the payment never goes through. So I had to pay cash

Not for foreigners
Good laundry service, but the app is useless. The language is not fully adapted and it couldn't connect my debit card so I have to pay cash in cash-prices.
