Face ID fails every single time
I love the Wallet app, but since upgrading to the iPhone 13 with Face ID I find myself increasingly frustrated. Every single time I try to pay with Wallet, the Face ID quits. Between the time Face ID first appears on the screen and the few seconds it takes me to lift the phone to my face, the app kills the Face ID and then only allows a passcode, which is a total pain. *ugh* The convenience this app provides is significantly diminished without a thumbprint or Face ID.
Why is there no option to try Face ID again?!!

Never been able to use
Always says I need to update or that I have too many cards. I have no cards on there because it has never worked for me lol - Have tried every fix I can find, multiple times. Apple support want me to take it to shop. It would cost more than the phone to diagnose and repair so that apple wallet will work.. iPhone XRShow lessNikiJW
Date sorting
I just downloaded season tickets for basketball and season tickets for gymnastics and other sports at my local college. I placed them all in Apple wallet. I spent an hour sorting them by date in my wallet so that the ones I will use first would be at the top. Today I looked and all the sorting I did disappeared and they went back to the way they were in the order I downloaded them and not by date order that I spent so much time arranging. I do like the way they disappear from the screen when they have been expired. But you need a way to sort passes and tickets by date that stays the in the order you sort them and not the order you downloaded them.Show lessSuebee7856

Disappointed
I’m so very disappointed with the Apple Wallet. I would like to use the Apple wallet for all my cards (loyalty cards, ect) but am only able to add my bank cards. I don’t want to use a 3rd party app to store all my cards in. I love Apple but this app is a total let down. Please allow us to add all our cards to the Apple wallet so we can ditch the physical card wallet and use the Apple products we love. Thank youShow lessrentual
Issue
My wallet won’t let me add my credit cards

Only good for credit/debit cards
It works ok for making payments although the default card should be more prominent instead just within the display of all the cards. With more places accepting Apple Pay, it is somewhat useful.
The big failure it the poor ability to manually add membership cards and similar loyalty cards. It also is failing to allow me to edit an airline card that displays an exp date even though it never expires. Considering how useful this could be, the limited functionality leaves it as a pathetic example of Apple’s failure to fully offer users the wide range of benefits that they could offer if they just gave these things more priority. To apple developers
When using apps that require faceID, especially for folks that are vision impaired and have to have a phone really close to their face, Face ID working successfully all the time is a major challenge but does saves time when it does.
So it’ll be more efficient for everyone frankly, if after the very first time it fails, we are immediately given 3 options: try Face ID again, use passcode and cancel.
This kind of accommodation seems little but goes a long way for those who need it. Thanks for reading.Show lessUsuler
Need a button to manually hide expired item on iOS 15
Have been using the Wallet app since Day 1, and have a collection of Cards and Passes that kinda document my life in last few years in a fun way.
While the new feature to automatically hide expired items is neat, it doesn’t function as smart as it should be and therefore leaving expired items behind.
Will be awesome to add a button in the next update allowing user to manually archive Passes.Show lesshcflam
