I love this app so much
It’s easy to just put my books on hold, pick them up, see when they’re due. Love it.
Good start
I really do love that this app has finally come out. I feel it was long overdue. What I appreciate most about it is that I can have all of my families cards in one place and see easily what is checked out on all cards and if anything is overdue. I like that I can see what is due, along with the image of the book so I can run around the house gathering up books (sometimes 20 or more) without having to constantly run back to look at my computer screen!
As others have mentioned, push notifications would be nice, but I still get email notifications about almost due and past due items, as well as when items on hold have become available.
I haven’t had problems with my card numbers not coming up, but sometimes it takes a little time for everything to show up once I open the app. It takes so long to come up on the app that it’s easier to pull my card out of my purse at the library to check out books instead of using the app.
Thank you so much for finally making this available! I look forward to future updates to make it even better than it already is!

Love it but it keeps dropping the card numbers
I’ve been using this app for the past two years. I love it but the last few weeks it’s been dropping our card numbers daily.
I keep track of my books checked out plus both of my daughters books all in one place. I’ve had to use the note pad to save the bar codes as it will not keep even the main card.

Good first edition but needs work
Overall, I’m glad they have moved into an app. But, it’s functionality is limited and after using it a few times I have actually gone back to the website instead of using the app.
1) when I went to renew multiple items, I couldn’t figure out a way to renew all with one click. I had to go through each one item and renew it individually.
2) found a newly released item, but for some reason it wouldn’t give me the option to put it on hold, so I went back to the website, found the item and was able to put it on hold there.
3) why does it hijack the audio out on my phone? I commonly have music playing from my phone through Bluetooth speakers. When I open the app the music stops, much like when you open YouTube. But YouTube taking over the audio out makes sense. This app doesn’t need the audio out from my phone.
4) the accounts page doesn’t have easy access to the information regarding my holds that I liked to see on the old website (unfortunately, they switched up the website GUI so it is not as friendly as the previous version - I guess you can never go back).
On the other hand, it is nice that I can easily see all family members accounts so I can track my kids check outs and make sure they get returned on time.
I’m confident that future updates will fix a lot of these bugs, but for now I will stick with the website.

I wish this app had push notifications
I’m very happy LINCC has finally made an App. However it is very basic which is understandable. The search engine on the app needs a lot of work. My biggest request would be for the app to send push notifications for when a book is due or you have a hold ready. I always end up missing my hold because I never know when it will arrive. Sometimes it comes in a few days, sometimes months. Push notifications would be extremely helpful!
