This app is a scam
I decided to download this app to watch my favorite hockey team. I so do this by getting the 10 dollar subscription which allows me to do this. Although in return the app decided to not guarantee this and took my 10 bucks. What an actual scam of an app
Don’t waste your money
Be warned that this is a sleazy company and you out have to be extremely careful how you cancel your subscription. I accidentally cancelled by terminating my subscription rather than canceling, which according to their “support” cannot be reversed (even though you can do it at will if you cancel), and you will not have access to a subscription you paid for, even if you have 30 days left.
Don’t bother looking for how to terminate a subscription, as there is nothing on the website that references terminating your plan, and actually provides their cancellation policy that only references having access through the end of your billing cycle.
$30 a month for a single camera that works like Livebarn is a ripoff. Combine that with their sneaky cancellation tactics and it’s clearly beat to stay away from this company.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is horrible and they are robbing people of their money. If I could watch my kids games on another platform I would but unfortunately they are the only option. They charge for sub par service and constant technical difficulties. Claim nothing is their fault and put it all back on the user who unknowingly gets charged and offers no refunds. Awful company!

Not worth it
I bought a monthly subscription with the intent to watch the USA Hockey U18 AAA nationals tournament, the games were almost unwatchable, the camera at the rink shook the entire game and started making me dizzy watching the game. I wanted to watch my brother play in the tournament but this was the most unpleasant viewing experience I’ve ever had watching a game.

Inconsistent but decent
It’s really cool to be able to sit and watch my son a thousand miles from here play a game with an announcer calling the plays. I’ve been able to watch some games where I think the announcer was a retired professional, stats, replays, the whole nine yards. Other times the crew doesn’t show up or they grab a scratch who thinks it’s fun to pan the ceiling when the other team scores. Most of the time it’s good… I do wish they had announcers for showcase games. Also, if game is delayed it would be nice to have some message on screen. If you can’t get to every game, I think it’s worth subscribing.

This app sucks.
This app sucks. We got it to watch our kid play hockey as he is being billeted away from us. The game is never played correctly there’s always pauses there’s always something wrong with the feed, then when I contact them I want a refund they told me know that there’s nothing wrong with their system but yet my kids games are always blacked out due to insufficient technology on their end. I have even gone so far as to contact them hours before a game to make sure that their equipment is working correctly they assured me that it was, and GuessWhat when it was game time it wasn’t working correctly just like usual. VeryDissatisfied and unhappy with the service from this app.

iOS-improper use of silent mode switch
Silent mode is for alerts and phone calls. Don’t make me turn silent mode off to get sound from the app!
Don’t trust the bad reviews!
The video quality is based on the home team and what cameras they use! It has nothing to do with hockey TV so get over it. Complain to your hockey teams!
Poor connection all the time
Every game is always down. They offer now free months or refunds. Don’t get it
Do NOT sign up for auto renewal!!! ***
I just had my account auto renew at $100 more than what I had originally signed up and all of the discount promotions had recently expired. Choose you plan wisely and consider regional and monthly to save a LOT of $$. Feels like they are taking advantage of their best customers.
