Hello everybody! I’m a 7th grader in America, and I have to say Google Chat is my favorite way of texting me friends. Before I say anything else, in the first of the pictures promoting Google chat, there are 13 replies out of 12 total people in the chat, and because the person who took the photo hasn’t given a response with emojis, that means there are two extra people that responded? I would recommend changing that because it makes it really obvious it’s fake. Anyways, I love this app: it’s great for texting your friends, both individually and in groups - there is, of course, a risk of strangers and bad people getting your number, so I would recommend not going into large chats, especially if you’re a minor or you don’t want others to know your private Gmail. Sometimes it glitches or doesn’t load, but overall, it’s a great way to text and call online. Hope this is helpful! Thank you~Show lessAmara Grace 0754

I recently fall into a big scam from a trading platform called Interactive Brokers LLC trading, Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. Good, but…
The app works perfectly, however, you cannot see who read your messages in a group chat. Usually this is the case for most messaging apps as well, but it would be really convenient for there to be a way to see who saw your message.Mini Microraptor

I’ve been using Google chats for around three months now and I tell you it’s really good. I was using teams but I switch over to Google chat because uses my personal email not my school email. it is why I’m only chatting one person right now. I can easily add more people to it.

Great! But could have some improvements
I’ve been using this app for communicating with my friends for over a year now, but I have to say, can you please make the mobile version similar to the desktop version? I am in multiple spaces and direct messages, and it’s really annoying when I have to press 2 buttons and sometimes it doesn’t even load for like one minute. I have a very large friend group (one of my spaces has 16 people in it), and it just takes a long time to load, and I miss out on events that my friends host. I have a pc where I can go on chat too, but I don’t have much time to do so (I share a pc) the main problem for me is the accessibility, as stated above. For me, it’s just that the pc/desktop version is just much easier to use, since you don’t have to click on a different tab to see your messages. Don’t get me wrong, I love Google chat, but it’s just those little things that make it annoying to use. (Am I the only person experiencing lag?)Show lessPineapplesunnyslay
Great, but one problem…
Now, this is amazing. I’ve got an iPhone 11, and I’ve got a few friends who only have chat as a way to talk.
I’m able to contact my team quickly and efficiently, and the layout’s extremely simple and easy to use!
It’s great for texting and talking to any groups/people, and it’s just awesome. I would definitely recommend getting it, especially if you’ve got a business, like me, and you need to contact the whole team at once.
Now, there is a problem, and I’ve seen many people complain about it. Unlike on the desktop app, you can’t call from chat. Now, it’s not a huge problem for me, since I’ve got Google meet and I can just call everyone, but for the people that don’t, it’s a big problem. Perhaps consider adding a video call feature.
But asides from that, this would’ve been 5-stars, and I definitely recommend this. Absolutely top-notch. 🫡Show lessTheCatLover78

I’m fed up as I have good network and why I not getting their respond from the other of the line. It there a way to make the network dot stay green all the time or if possible make the small even bigger to see as I’m vision impaired? How are you doing all and i hope you’re fine and I want to inform you that the google chat app has a problem you need to fix up for now because for me am a crypto currency’s guy and I used google chat for my business app with my friends and families and other stuff members as well the problem is that if you create a google account now and you’re access to use google chat within some few days they will restricted 🚫 your account without doing any bad things and that’s what makes mad because of my crypto business doing and I’ll lost all my bitcoin and some other stuff I needed and please google and I want to tell you this because it’s not good for me and I don’t feel comfortable with it so please try to change it for us so that you can make Google chat become better or best App to use for chatting and other stuff or maybe you bring a new law that if you’re doing bad things on google chat they can give warning ⚠️ on it but if you didn’t stop it then you can suspend the account just like weeks and then give the person come back for his google chat and i hope you to read my message I did here thank you and have a good day 😃Show lessNeverWanted2Talk1471y

Welcome to the home of illegal activity which isn’t surprising being that Google has become the home of trashy propaganda. People do not understand how bad Google has become they allow trafficking and sex users to send any document or file to Google Docs and Google Drive without your permission and all you can do is delete the file and block / report them most of the time it’s after you kid had seen it . The same goes here as Google allows and promotes these Google group chat people who are scum to send anything to your chat without your permission and then after you wrestle with it and use the worthless block and report method from Google . How this big organization has survived without any customers service is beyond me and the community is the collection of all these bad people’s club house so you will find no help there. The only way to stay safe on Google is to be totally fake with all your info and I mean all of it . DO NOT ALLOW your kids to use Google anytime without a adult supervision period. My kids will not use it despite what their school and other social media platforms say . I really hope the right people get in to congress and something is down to tame this over powerful bully.
