Wonderful and user-friendly app!
Great concept!!
My boyfriend and I have each lived in our fair share of apartments, but when we moved into our complex in Arcadia they had us sign up for Henri to handle everything like payments and community posts.
I’ve seen other platforms try to do something like this, but Henri is SO simple and the app just makes sense.
When we adopted a dog last year, we used the puppy play dates feature to make new friends and help Finn exhaust some of his energy while we work from home. It’s been awesome!!

App not working
App hasn’t been working for over a day no. Restarted my phone. Have already deleted and redownloaded the app as well.
Very buggy
Well laid out, but I’ve consistently had issues with it in the 1.5 years that I’ve had this app. Not allowing rent payments, frequent crashes, and it just now deleted a whole bunch of my data. Not very impressed.
Like the app, but
It tends to have problems at the first of the month when you’re trying to make payments. When it works it’s great. I love the ability to set dates for withdrawals, etc. it’s got great features.
Glitchy
Both the app and the desktop view make it impossible to enter a maintenance request. You have to place a category, but there are none. They don’t disclose the fees to pay your bills via credit card and the colors on their emails are light pink on bright teal and it’s almost impossible to read.

They charge you a $35 fee every time you pay your rent. You can only pay on the 1st of the month, you can't pay a few days early. There is a bunch of social garbage that you have to opt out of (that's just creepy and inappropriate). I have been dealing with various rent payment companies for over 10 years and this is the worst one I have seen. Never renting from a place that uses this company again.

They changed my password
I posted on the wall about “dog is barking all day for a week” and my comment got deleted and it logged me out of from the app, when I asked the manager, she have no respond. I told her not to change my password again! Grrr! Be careful, they can steal your information.
Service Fees???
$5 service fee per transaction, which is to be expected, but 2.75% fee for enrolling in Autopay? What a joke. Why would I pay $25 extra? Sad my complex uses them. Scam
