If you are still having issues after updating your Intercom Anywhere mobile app to the latest version, please go to Settings (gear icon in top right) and select Email Logs to support to send your logs with any info about the issue to intercom@control4.com. We will have someone look into your issue to get this resolved and earn your 5 star rating.
