Needs to follow sound settings of phone

Occasional issues with connection. Biggest issue is app does not follow silence settings on ios phone. If your phone on silence in meeting it will still ring loudly and no way to stop.

Integration with IOS

I would like to see functionality built in so it is possible to answer intercom calls while in Locked Screen. Mobile, FaceTime and WhatsApp calls work like this. This App is very awkward to use. Please change the functionality to answer in locked screen at least!

Works ok but can’t reject a call!

You need to update this app so you can reject a call and have it silent when the phone is silent. If I don’t want to answer the call there is absolutely nothing I can do to stop it ringing, it’s infuriating! No call rejection, no silent function. It’s hopeless.

Needs improvement

This app could be improved with Siri integration also crashes regularly.

There is not any version for iPad

When is gonna be available for iPad?

Nest, Ring are better

There is no video. It’s motion sensor so you can only see the person at your door in real time. Also the notifications don’t open the app so there are multiple steps to see the person and you have to be at your phone at all times and move quickly to actually catch the person at your door! Also, there is a separate app so it’s not integrated with the Control4 app - you need two apps so it doesn’t feel integrated - which is the purpose of a home automation system!! Not as good as Nest or Ring and costs 2 to 3 times the amount for the service - I’m disappointed!! I didn’t get those services because I wanted it all integrated and not have to use separate apps - but I end up separate apps anyway. Hopefully Control4 will fix that and integrate them all together. Also doesn’t work when you are on the phone!

Okay but needs work

Absolutely must respect device mute settings. Also enormously frustrating that the notification cannot be silenced until the device has been unlocked and the app started.

Needs to respect sound off

Glad they have created this app but there is no option from what I can see to mute sound other than from within the app. So even when you have the slider on your phone to no sound it rings ! This is not normal all behaviour and probably breaches development guidelines.

Doesn’t Work

Can’t even pass “checking permissions”, just gets stuck at a loading circle and that’s it.

Finally the Doorstation is useful

It has been a long wait for this app to come along. The previous recommended 3rd party vendor voip only really worked when on the same local network. And then only if the voip app had been started after a phone reboot. This app works both on local network and away from the home which is great. Two comments: 1) if you are on a call when the is someone rings the doorstation then you will not be notified 2) there is a significant lag (multiple seconds) from doorstation Bell press to the intercom app ringing. Other than that it does what it sets out to do.
