Best Encounter App I’ve found
This app is the best app I have found so far for running my encounters. Much easier that pencil and paper. Plus, being able to load all the information I need for my players and NPCs into one spot instead, of having a bunch of papers and books cluttered up behind my DM screen makes it even better. However, the one problem I do have with this app, which needs to be taken care of, is the spell support list. I purchased it and it needs a big updating. I’m tired of having to manually add spells to the list that are in the Player’s Handbook. I usually end up using another app to look for a lot of the spells. If this wasn’t the case I’d give it 5 stars.Show lessMonkey_DM

I love this app and have bought all the add ones, but with this version the app crashes to home screen during boot. Not sure if there is a better private way to contact you the support link just went to your website. I do not use Facebook. I look forward to using the app soon!

Absolutely love this app!
I’d recommend this app to all DMs, even if all it did was track initiative. But it’s got more and it’s fantastic!
I use this app almost every session I run. I can store prepped combat encounters, easily access monsters, track initiative order (the most useful part imo), track HP and conditions, and many other useful features. Only thing that upsets me is that the spell book extension doesn’t seem to have all the spells in it, I have to add the spells in manually which I don’t usually have time for, but being able to tap a spell and read what it does saves a lot of time at the table!Show lessFoulKnave
Great initiative management tool
Works great for managing initiative and tracking hit points. The spell support is really useful for quick access to read spell effects. The app does a great job reducing the time spent looking up spells and monster abilities/actions in the book.
Only recommendations for improvement would be adding a place for character features/abilities similar to that of the monsters and while conditions can be added there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove them while the initiative is active.Show lessBallistic.engineer.nerd
Best DM aid in the App Store
This app nearly has it all and I have very little to say outside of compliments. Basically, I’d be foolish not to get the app. I am hoping in the future however, to see 1) a field for ‘class features’ within the PC creation stats so I don’t have to jam them in with skills, 2) a hit dice field, and 3) a money tracker for at least gp, sp, and cp bc the equipment list doesn’t allow for a plurality of items like many arrows or many gold coins or many potions of healing etc outside of the tedious individually added method, which affects character encumbrance and DM setup time.Show lessYea Toast!
Multiplayer?
Would love to give 5 stars, but where’s the multiplayer? There is no app that has it all, but this is the closest. I’ve been to the depths of the App Store, and this is the best. I suggest adding multiplayer functionality and a simple dice roller. So many people who want to play tabletop on mobile. My group has no time to get together and we’re looking for somewhere to play on mobile. I’ll have to use this app and screen shot to send pics to them.. rather then sharing a link or having them get the app. We would pay $ for this if we could play online together. Best DM app hands down!!!
This app makes life sooooo much easier when having encounters! You can add monsters, players (full character sheets!), and even create your own monsters! It Puts everything on the map in order of initiative and you can add or subtract hit points as you play! No need to write out entire encounters!!! And, there are even maps with character markers you can use to keep track of where players and monsters are!

Best App for a DM
This is by far the best app that every DM should have. I tried DM 5 and Fight Club 5, but this absolutely tops both of those.
Great uses for this app:
- Tracks Initiative
- Tracks damage and HP
- Tracks Conditions
- Set up laptop on opposite end of your table with the external screen support and it shows the order of initiative with images. Beautiful! (And if you dont have an apple product to stream to like myself, get AirServer. I stream to my windows laptop)
- Has all spell descriptions readily available
- Has all monster stats, and is designed like the Monster Manual (much better than just the black text on white background)
- Does the math for you in calculating encounter difficulty, and also the XP to reward
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING THE EXTERNAL SCREEN SUPPORT AND SPELL SUPPORT. Spell support allows you to just tap on any monster or PC, then tap on the spell like "fireball" and it pulls up that spell.
Very user friendly
Designer also responds extremely quickly on facebook to feedback, and implements ideas of customers. Very friendly.

Highly recommended!
I love this app and have used it for all my encounters this campaign. I’m a fairly new DM so anything that can help make that task easier is appreciated. I like how streamlined and sleek the app interface and how easy it is to tally up damage. This is especially useful in a situation where you have a lot of enemies you need to keep track of. Wonderful
I use this app week in and week out for every single game I run. It’s made my game so much simpler to control with all of the available features. I recently purchased the airplay support and that’s getting my group even more involved then before because they can see the battleground from the story. The ONLY reason it’s not a 5 star rating is because it doesn’t have every monster in the listing. I can’t expect every single monster ever but even things like a Dao or even the classic beholder needs to be added by hand.Show lesscfed
