It work but …

The summary page don’t give all info when viewed on a phone screen . Best viewed on iPad to get full info .

Really helps Drone Flyers

This is very well put together app and certainly helps me plan my flights. Only improvement is like to see is the new restrictions that are in force for the NSA regulations that are now in place.

Need to set screen zoom function

This update seems to need a change of the iPhone screen zoom function or you won’t see all the functionality

Great app - essential for drone operators 👍🏻

The titles says it all. Even if doing a basic test in my garden, before I take my drone out, I will still do a flight plan for it. Cover yourselves for every flight legally will this tool.
I upgraded to the .99c monthly payment so u get a whole 24 hrs of advance warning of conditions.

Screen not rendering correctly

I have asked twice now via support for help with the fact the screen on my iPhone cannot display the flight plan icon , it seems like the screen is zoomed in too far. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help and I have no response from support.
I need to submit plans and this is the only app I know of to use. Shame there’s no response from support!

Hi Doristhe110. Have you looked at your accessibility settings? It sounds like that might be affecting your experience. Here's how to make changes on iPhones. Tap the Settings app on your device's Home screen. Choose Accessibility. Scroll down, select Per-App Settings. We have looked back and we think we have responded to your requests, It may be worth checking your junk email to see if the responses have landed in there?

It’s okay

Seems to be a good app. The only issue I have is it appears to be zoomed in a small bit and cuts off the map and some of the buttons. Looks like it wants to be in landscape but I can’t find a setting to correct that so I guess some is just cut off. This would be a 4 star app if that was corrected and 5 stars if you did not need an account just to look at the app. Also need to correct some terms like “device ID” or “operator ID” and “pilot ID”. Allow us to mark recreational or part 107, maybe even a tic box per flight if you do both 107 and rec flights.

The issue I have found is when you have bigger text or zoomed view the app can’t adjust so it just cuts off icons or keeps them off screen.

The issue you are seeing with the layout, may be related to the accessibility settings on your phone directly which you can change. We will also look to address this our side. You do not need an account to look at the airspace data, but of course if people want to use more advanced features like flight planning tools we do require an account. Again, we appreciate your feedback and will look to see where we can make improvements for the wider drone community. Fly Safe!

Difficult app

All this app wants is permission to basically see and use all your info. If you deny permission… you can’t do anything.
I will delete my account and find and find alternatives. Sad that greed is their only motivation.

Hi Jamie, It is a shame you see us in this way. This is a free-to-use app, and the permissions we are asking for are directly related to your ability to use it correctly. For the app to function as intended, we do of course need certain permissions. For example, your precise device location, as this is a map-based app. We also highly recommend allowing us to send notifications, so we can send you alerts about airspace activity that may affect your flights. Whichever path you choose, please ensure you fly safe!
