Essential Tool for Drone Pilots
Being able to submit a flight plan then gives you a record of your flights for reference in the future.
I have been using it now for a few months and am impressed on how easy it is to use.
Sure, it’s not perfect but if you want to be a responsible drone pilot then using this app will help to make sure you operate within CAA guidelines.

Pilot
App says you must be a pilot. Please add one.
I can’t find anywhere in the App where I can do that. Please help.

Hi Bird Rocker, Sorry to hear you have experienced this. To add a pilot, please navigate to the "You" section on the bottom bar, select "Profile" and you will find "Register as a Pilot" there. Thank you for your feedback. We have now produced a better journey for this for this to make this easier for future users. That will be deployed with our next release in the coming weeks. Not perfect, but essential !
You might not realise how close to an airport you are, or where the nearest sources of electrical interference are. With this app, you will.
Although the app isn’t perfect, they are working on improvements and I got to see part of that process recently. I can tell they’re really trying to make this an indispensable tool for drone flyers in the UK.
